Worst place I have ever brought my car to.
Bad enough that I currently have a lawyer working on it.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I have never taken the time to go write a review of any business until now, because I need to warn others of these thieves.
Brought my 2010 VW CC in about a month ago. Was quoted $ 1600 (ish) over the phone for the parts and labor for something incredibly minor that they overstated, which I ok’ed. Several days later, when I returned to pick-​up the car, they had charged my credit card on file $ 800 more than I was quoted. When I asked why, they didn’t provide me with a valid explanation besides, «there was something else wrong they had to fix.» Completely illegal. When I asked for a receipt, their «printers were down» and they would e-​mail it to me. I asked for the old parts, which I was told were in the trunk. They weren’t. Not only that, then they said they «couldn’t find the parts.»
Currently have a lawyer fighting this in claims court.
BEWARE! Trust me on this one!

Great place! I took my Mercedes in for repairs when I was visiting from out of town.
The owner and his staff were honest, fair and did their best to help get my problems solved fast.
Great family run business. I would definitely recommend.
