It is amazing what some people can do with a sub. This is my second sub at this location. I really wanted a hot sub but I arrived at 9:00pm, just as they were closing so I had a cold sub instead. I don’t if it the freshness of the bread, or the spices they put on it. Awesome Awesome Awesome is all I can say.

Good, fresh ingredients and they have all the toppings I like. I like to support them because they support local not for profits like Habitat for Humanity by providing the sandwiches for volunteer groups.

Sucks. The staff are punks. They skimo on the toppings compared ti stuart and palm beach gardens and don’t say thankyou. Also they have the gall to ask for a tip on the cc machine. Absurd

Expensive and blah, nothing special. Wouldn’t go back again, but rather to a Wawa if it was available!

Three stars because the owners or managers the two older guys hate their jobs and are so cranky all the time. You guys are older you need to be doing something you love. Not hate. Ps. Chicken salad made me sick don’t order it. Also made my mom and her friend sick. Order just regular subs. And try to make the managers smile. Seriously… Can’t stand the poor behavior.

I always have great things to say about their sandwiches. Fresh and flavorful, but today the customer service was far from five star. There were only 2 people at the front when I arrived. Service was slow and the teenage staff is very hard to hear. I am not by any means old or hard of hearing, so the owner needs to have a training on projection. I also didn’t like the fact that when I checked out and paid with my credit card that a tip screen comes up before I can even pay. They did nothing more then make me a sandwich, publix and many other establishments do the same and do not request a tip. Employees are payed enough and a tip should be something extra that customers are able to do without being prompted.

The guy behind the counter was coughing, the girl that made my sub threw some old lettuce from the counter into the bin and then asked me if I wanted lettuce on my sub. Not good service.

11 $ steak and cheese that will fill anyone up! Great sandwich but the bread could be better but one of the best sandwiches I’ve eaten! Steak and cheese was delicious!

If you like tomatoes on your sub — they have the richest, yummiest(must be home grown) you’ll find anywhere. Worth the expense!

Headed out to the airport with family and needed a quick stop for sandwiches to go. We found Jersey Mike’s on Unilocal and had good reviews so it was on our way… Perfect. Stopped in and the place reminded me more of a subway or Quiznos but when we ordered I could tell we were looking at a much more authentic hero(we call subs hero’s in NY). We ordered the sandwiches«Mike’s way» which was the right way and they were great. Not perfect but wayyy better then any chain sandwich shop and if I lived there I’d be a regular for sure. Highly recommend it and they were very friendly as well. Great job and good luck! Will see you next trip.

Excellent fresh roasted roast beef and loads of fillings makes a good dripping mess of a sub. All of the other cold cuts are pre packaged and I try to stay awa from that so I cant comment. The meat to sandwich ratio is very good here, a lot better than Subway, Blimpie, etc.

Jersey Mike… nice try… two cuts above Subway. Come on what’s with all the stars… OK they have a good staff very friendly and all. Great subs use slightly crusty bread… not that soft sweet chemical tasting bread… sorry the bread has that mass produced wonder bread taste to it. The cold cuts except for the roast beef are commercial… not Boars Head or other high end cold cuts. The concept of giving you a salad of veggies on a sub sucks as well. All it does is hide the taste of the meat. Anything more than lettuce, tomato and onion is the Subway style of doing things. If I want salad I can go to a salad bar. Even Publix beats Jersey Mike for quality… better bread and Boars Head. Best subs around here come from two places that have been doing it over 20 years and understand the art of the sub. Essies in Riveria Beach on Military Trail and Columbino’s on 6th Avenue in West Palm are as good as it gets. They understand the delicate balance between bread, cold cuts, veggies and condiments. Every bite is a little bit of heaven.

For the life of me, I cannot understand why it is so hard to find this sub shop on Unilocal. I was getting ready to do the long drive South and wanted to get something tasty to eat. Just could not find that«place» the Unilocal is so good at finding. Just as I was losing all hope and about ready to get on the highway hungry, I spied Mike’s out of the corner of my eye. Excellent choice. Clean, fast, fresh, friendly. A real nice vibe with no airs and quick smiles. But the food? Well, based on only one Classic Philly I would be a regular if I lived in the area. The bread was soft and yummy. In fact, all the ingredient were yummy. Not too much, not too little, just perfect. Now, I’m not from Jersey, so I have no business sayin’ if it is or isn’t Jersey proud. But, the sub worked for me. Will seek this gem out when I’m up here.

Bill J. is on target when saying that the ownership and staff set this Jersey Mike’s apart from the others in the chain. For comparison, I’ve been to the Jersey Mike’s location on Woolbright in Boynton Beach which has noticeably smaller loaves of bread and is much stingier with the items going into the sub. It is not unusual for this Jersey Mike’s to be completely packed at lunch time, but do not be discouraged if you see a long line, it will move fast. The staff here is friendly, work quickly and the sandwich ingredients are top notch. In terms of quality, only Publix compares to Jersey Mike’s, but I prefer the bread at Jersey Mike’s. Prices are comparable to getting a sub anywhere else, but don’t go anywhere else. Go to Jersey Mike’s(just make sure to leave a parking spot for me) !

It may be a Jersey Mike’s but the ownership and staff make this place a five star. Best Jersey Mike’s franchise I’ve ever been to.
