Magland was referred to me by my HOA, so I had no prior experience working with them. I am exceedingly happy with the work they completed on my property. I had two patio paver projects and Gustavo created the plan that was even better than my idea. He was careful to look for ways to cost effectively exceed my expectations. The entire team including Melissa were diligent and careful to meet all the requirements of the HOA. This is an important point in Florida where HOA’s require tons of paperwork. Magland completed all the paperwork efficiently and effectively making my compliance to the HOA guidelines very easy.
The install was scheduled more than a week in advance. The work crew arrived right on time. The team of 4 – 5 installers were professional, quiet, and very respectful of my property and the property of my neighbors. The work was performed exactly according to my expectations. The product that they brought was exactly per my order. And, the final results are perfect. The patios are level, well constructed, and I am sure if there is any post warranty issues, Gustavo will handle it personally.
I would hire them again instantly and plan to have them back to install shrubs and landscape elements. Their pricing is very good and the plan was executed right on budget.

Magland did a fantastic job on our backyard. They stayed in budget and when there were items that needed further attention they came back promptly to fix my concerns. Carolina and Melissa truly are great to work with. Highly recommend them.
