I would give them o stars. Poor customer service. Had an ac installed. 1 ½ years later it broke and called manager came out and was going to cover it but woman in office took. She is brutal. Said it would be 500.00 after fixing it. Was lead to believe they would cover it. Manager told us to our faces yes it would be covered. Never got to talk with manager again. Our evaporator unit was not level which is inside in our loft. Have told everyone in neighborhood stay away. We found a reputable ac guy who told us it was originally installed unleveled which has taken years off of it. After a year and a half you would think they would take responsibility. Would not recommend if something goes wrong they will not back it. Hope this helps.

If I could give them no stars, I would. I am a senior citizen and I have used Miklos to do bi-​annual servicing of my HVAC system in past years. They just came for a routine checkup and told me that my 8-​year-​old HVAC system had major problems and wrote me an estimate for almost $ 10,000 to replace the whole thing. I was shocked, and called another local company (Hyatt Air) for a second opinion. They came and did a thorough examination of the system and told me that virtually none of what the Miklos guy had said was true. They found one small problem and gave me an estimate of less than $ 400 to fix it. I called Miklos and asked to speak to somebody about this, and they have never called me back. This looks like preying on unsuspecting customers to get whatever they can. The moral: BEWARE and ALWAYS get a second opinion!

On time and a great job. No sales pitch just did the job and got us cool quick.
