Worst customer service. Not accommodating. Very disappointed and will not be back.

The food isn’t that bad but the extremely poor attitude of the wait staff and ESPECIALLY the hosts makes this hardly worth going. They cannot manage the wait and 15 minutes equates to over 45 minutes. Call ahead seating equates to call when you leave and maybe you’ll get there in time to actually get seated. Makes zero sense to me. I’ve heard their going out of business. If it’s true no loss. Plenty of better choices around without the poor attitude.

I got the meatball pizza to go. The food was great, but the wait for food that was called ahead was too long. I really enjoyed how the pizza tasted fresh and the meatballs were really tender. Over all good just thought the wait was a bit much

If you have ever eaten pizza in the North End of Boston or Little Italy in New York avoid this place. The people and service were very good. The sign sucked me in. Beyond this Nick’s pizza is marginal at best. The crust is OK but the sauce and cheese are tasteless and the vegetable toppings were still hard, not dente but hard. It cost me by myself $ 30.00 for a 2 topping pizza, a beer and tip.

We came on a Tuesday night at 6pm with a party of 6. We were told that it would be a 40 minute wait but we ended up waiting an hour. When we finally sat down, the waitress informed us that they were out of pizza, which is what most of us actually came for. I figured that would’ve been nice to know before we waited an hour for the non exisitent pizza. Our food arrived an hour after sitting down. Our waitress was nice enough but everyone in the restaurant seemed disorganized and running around the place. They were clearly understaffed, and we over heard the hostess actually turning people away telling them to «call before next time.» Seems a little ridiculous. I ordered the Gnocchi Alla Nick and it was just okay. I would not have waited 2 hours for it. We use to love this restaurant but they clearly need to work on getting their management together before we eat there again.

I had the Zuppa di Pesce and it was worth the money! You get a huge portion of seafood and they don’t skimp at all. Every bite I took I got a piece of seafood. It looked like they give big portions of other dinners also. It was my first time there and I was very impressed.

Been coming here since I was like … 15 years old. Our waiter was great. The quality of food was as I remember it, and we ate a ridiculous amount of food between my wife and I and the bill was reasonable. I’m not sure why people are saying this is «over priced Italian food». If you want something not as expensive, take your ass over to Olive Garden.

Truly awful food. I had the Chicken Scarpariello(which turned out to be jalapeño not bell or pepperoncini as advertised) in a flavorless wine/vinegar sauce with potato chunks and invisible capers. It was hacked into tiny pieces, complete with lots of bone splinter. I was hoping for a dish similar to the Chicken con Salsiccia at Chicago’s Café Lucci but it wasn’t even close. It was obviously not made the same day I ordered it and the sauce added nothing to it at all – a watery brown sauce that reminded me of Kitchen Bouquet gravy mix only not nearly as good. The advertised sausage was the tiny, paper thin rounds that were like Little Caesar Pizza sausage topping except not as tasty – none of the 6 virtually see-through slices had any discernable flavor. The chicken was a mish-mash of chunks of meatless skin-covered bone and two wings but almost no meat. See the pictures – you won’t believe the pile of skin-covered bones. There were no capers but plenty of kalamata olives that I don’t really care for – obviously the dish I got is no longer being prepared with any kind of professional effort – it was more like leftovers from a stock pot with gravy poured over them. Terrible beyond words – one of the worst things I have ever been served in a restaurant. I would have sent it back but I didn’t want to stress my parents as they are about to lose a child(my sibling) to cancer and they are stressed enough right now. Service was painfully slow and as pleasant as Kylie was, on a night where the restaurant is half empty we should not have to wait 15 minutes after finishing dinner to order dessert and then another 20 minutes to for dessert to arrive and wave empty glasses at her to get drink refills. Our desserts arrive FINALLY but not enough silverware so we had to wait to get another spoon and when Kylie brought new glasses of tea she actually had us remove the STRAWS from the empty glasses and put them in the new glasses. Really? Seriously? Luckily we were seated right next to this large roll of butcher paper they cover the tables with to save money on tablecloths. The idiot busboy must’ve ripped off about 30 pieces of table as loudly as possible which was incredibly annoying considering that he had to back toward our table to tear the paper so his butt spent most of the night hovering over our table. I don’t understand why they can’t tear off new paper«tablecloths» BEFORE the dinner rush. All the tables are the same size and they know about how much business they will do so the sound of tearing paper and the view of hovering busboy butt(thank God he wasn’t wearing his pants ghetto style!!) over our table combined with the absolute CRAP they served me gets them a well-deserved 1 star rating and the assurance that I will never eat here again. My dad always said the place was terrible but my stepmom loves the antipasto plate but dad’s right – it’s gone way downhill in food and service and I wouldn’t come back again – even after 10 years of eating here. High prices, slow service and terrible food don’t make for a dining experience I care to repeat.

Amazing. The pizza was like heaven. The house dressing was like heaven. The server was the nicest guy. I’m pretty sure I died and went to heaven. I have been coming here since I was a baby and the quality has never wavered. I have no idea why the reviews are so bad… Rival restaurants? Idk. I love this place.

We had a great first experience. The food was alot better than I expected for the Unilocal rating. I had chicken parm and it was tasty as was the salad and pasta that came with it. The warm bread and garlic is a very nice touch. Our waitress Lindsay was fantastic, very on top our drinks and very friendly. I will very returning.

Love this gem of a place! Came for years with our folks who live in Jupiter and always loved it. Stopped in again tonite and just as delicious. The Joe Mow the Lawn Salad, the warm bread with roasted garlic and oil, and the penne aglio olio all were outstanding. Plus the great oldies music. A super nice bartender(Toni) too. And great memories of our time here with mom and dad. Would highly recommend when in Jupiter.

Obviously The waitress did not want to come to work today. Horrible service. And this is not the first time. We stopped coming here over a year ago and came back to give it a try. Should have stayed away. Plus it’s overpriced Italian food.

Very disappointed, the food and service. It was friday evening around 6:45pm, we were promptly seated, but the service was slow and slower. Our server kept going to other guests and simply forgot about us I think. She got waters and after we ordered our dinner, she got us a basket of bread and oil/garlic — how about getting some plates? I ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana and hubby ordered Chicken Scarpariello and kids we got chicken fingers and fries. for $ 6.95 we got 3 pieces of over fried tenders and fries for 15.95 for the eggplant parmigiana — got overly cheesy, eggplant lasagna sorta thing — and pasta with marinara, and soup. They can’t change pasta or switch the sauce to alfredo without upcharging! really! Now the worst of all dishes was Chicken Scarpariello — it was exactly like one of the other reviewers described it — dried out sausage, overly cooked and hard as stone chicken mismashed with some greasy potatoes for $ 18.99(we returned this as it was INEDIBLE and they did take if off the check) The manager did come out and say we can order something else but by that time, appetite was gone and it was 8pm — continued slower and slowest service, overall just spoiled the evening. We decided to pay and leave — Oh by the way, no water or bread were ever refilled. Thank you but no thank you — Never returning back

First timers Party of 4… always heard of waits to get in but we lucked out and got seated right away. Patrick was our server and gave very good service the entire evening. Food was very good… red sauce excellent… my side of sausage was cooked perfectly for my lasagna… bread and garlic oil was the bomb, and free. Finished with cheesecake which was very good… You gotta try this place atleast once.

$ 46 plus a $ 9 tip seems way too expensive for two house salads and two bowls of plain pasta. Not sure why we didnt send it back… My pasta was supposed to have prosciutto, fresh tomatoes, etc… It was just pasta and red sauce. I can’t give more stars. It was nothing special. It’s a busy place(good sign) other food coming out looked great… I love the red wine bottles on each table(honor system, just tell your server how many glasses you drank) and fresh bread being pulled from the oven when we sat down. The bar area is also inviting. If you like Italian… give it a go, just be prepared to pay alot of $ for plain pasta. Maybe other food is prepared as promised.

I have been going here for a few years now. Until recently I was sitting at the bar with my dad and a cacao roach crawled on to the bar top by my plate. They comped my meal. But gross. Seriously. This isn’t the first time either apparently my dad had this to him again. Say no.

Horrible experience tonight. My wife and visited Nick’s this evening for dinner . Had a problem with some of the food and had to deal with a poorly trained defensive manager. I had originally band Nick’s years ago, however we had a pleasant experience six months ago so we thought give it an another opportunity . I ordered the Chicken Scarpiello. I regret not taking a pic but I will do my best to describe the dish. This dish was an insult to my sight as well as a plate of filth containing old chicken rib cage cartilidge. Flavored with marrow and chicken skin. The sausage looked to be scraps from the garbage. The dish also contained potatoes the were so over cooked they were really mash potatoes. All of this in a congealed sauce of decomposition. The waitress assured me this is how Nick’s prepares the dish. Really disturbing . I ordered the lasagna and sent the dish back. Manager visited the table to assure my taste buds were wrong and its really a great dish . She then personally delivered Nick’s special authentic Lasagna see photo A bowl of Grease and cheese. not sure where the pasta was I left the food, paid the bill and will never return again . Thanks Nick !

I remember when Nicks owned many years ago. It was the hottest restaurant in town. The line of people standing out front circled the parking lot. Even with the long wait seldom did anyone leave disappointed. Over time it slipped wirh changes un ownership and eventually we lost interest and stopped going and we seemed to forgot about it. This evening we met a small group at Nicks out of convenience of the location. My expectations were not too high but I was willing to keep an open mind. In all honesty it does not match that glorious peak it held for many years ago but it was a great meal with great wait staff. We will be back.

Only had the pizza which was thought was better than many other places. Small pie for the price. Regular dinner prices rather pricey but good size portions. I suspect this is not hand tossed pizza but premade pie dough with the fresh toppings. However I will be coming back for the pizza which has the different crust.
