Worst experience ever! Arrived early for my appointment and waiting in the reception area 20 minutes passed my scheduled time. After I was taken back I waited 40 minutes in the exam room for the nurse practitioner to examine me. When I finally stuck my head out and found someone she said she would check and get back to me. I heard her find Deanna in the hallway and ask her about me — Deanna’s response was «tell her we are busy». The nurse nicely asked if I wanted to see someone else but I was already dressed and out the door. Awful service and a poor response to either bad scheduling or a simple mistake of forgetting about me.

Dr Melendy is FANTASTIC. Outstanding physician who is compassionate and always takes time for questions etc. I would highly recommend Dr Melendy!
