Ugh, where do I start! How about with the incompetent«customer service tech» that had to repeat every question I had to someone nearby… not one or two but EVERY. THEN they gave my plumber the entirely wrong hot water heater. They told my plumber they would rush the proper one right over promising it would be there in 30 – 45 minutes. My plumber agreed to wait. We did not know that would be almost 3 hours later! Guess who had to pay for the plumber’s time?!? The plumber told me he has had problems with Sunshine for a while now and even asked them to take him off their referral list, he was done! When I called to complain, Eric at the Jupiter store was rude and nasty offering me a 5% rebate. I told him his mistake cost me $ 250 and a lousy $ 30 wouldn’t help anything. He promised to talk to the owner but never did and never got back to me. I called the owner himself and he assured me he would look in to it and get back to me as well. NOPE, left 2 messages with him and called Eric again who said his«10% offer(which was never made) has been rescinded-too bad». He then hung up on me. Nice, mature, way to handle a customer. So BUYERBEWARE! If you want rude incompetence, with no customer support, this is the place to buy all your plumbing needs!
