Venetian Nail Spa

Giving this place 2 Stars because the nail tech was nice enough and the location is great. That’s the only good things about this place.
My husband and I got pedicures and a manicure here in the middle of the week. No other customers in the shop. Polish selection was ok. I was choosing between their premium pedis and asked the difference between their $ 50 pedi vs $ 66. The nail tech vaguely said the $ 66 pedi offered more. I pointed out it lists the same services… THEN she says «Oh that’s the old menu price». Ok. My pedi lasted 45min that’s including polish time. Nothing special at all for the price. No mask or paraffin. My husband’s nail tech didn’t even file his nails. In the middle of our service the music loop ended and they never even bothered to music back on. I don’t know how this place expects to stay open.

One star is doing this place a favor, I have been getting manicures for 20 years and this was by far the worst I have ever had in every way possible !!! What kind of manicure do they not even file your nails after cutting them. Absolutely horrible !!!

I used to go the Venetian in Delray regularly when I lived nearby and was always happy with my service. This location isn’t up to par. I went recently for a mani pedi the day before my sons’s baptism. I had the first appointment of the day but for some reason I was still rushed through my services although they were not busy. I had the standard pedicure which was rushed, she barely scrubbed my feet then applied the polish so hurriedly that there were missing spots and bubbles. I had a gel mani which was VERY rushed, ending up with polish pooling at my cuticle which I had to pick off then being left with bare spots on my nail bed. She also got gel on my fingers which she refused to remove and told me to do myself at home. Ok… I paid extra for the hand massage and paraffin wax. She barely massaged my hands, it was more of a weak handshake than a massage. The paraffin was on so briefly that hot liquid wax spilled out all over the table as she ripped the bags off my hands. To top it off, she was rude and also mentioned that my eyebrows look terrible and my nails were «too short.» A side of judgement with your spa treatment, anyone? The only reason I’m not even more bummed is that I had a gift card and used the Unilocal 20% off coupon. There’s a reason they aren’t busy…

This place is awful. They don’t listen, i asked for gel mani/​pedi. She put regular polish on my toes. The manicure water was cold, when i told her she states they don’t have hot water. Which is very hard to believe. My gel has already started peeling up in the corners and snagging on everything. What a waste of $ 70.00. They leave the tv on infomercials. Very uncomfortable and not welcoming at all. I will never go back

The place is beautiful and exudes professionalism from its appearance, however that is where it ends. My experience was anything but professional. I cannot speak to their manicure and pedicure services, however their waxing procedure, and subsequent follow-​up was poor. I visited for routine lip, arm and bikini waxing services and was not only extremely disappointed, but frankly upset! The skin above my lip was literally ripped off with a resulting scab for approximately 10 days! Needless to say we never progressed onto bikini services after this experience. The aesthetician was surly and unkempt, and I doubt she is professionally licensed. I expressed my concern and displeasure at the front desk and asked for the manager after showing the results of the waxing. He/​she was not on site, and never even bothered to follow up with a phone call. I was also charged in full for the service! Two weeks later I am fully healed, however if I was not I would be following up with a law suit! I will never return for any service, and am submitting this review as a warning for those lured by Harbourside’s ambience, stores and restaurants. They do not stand behind their practices, nor are they qualified!

I have never reviewed a nail salon before… here it is, short and sweet: sat down, no introduction, tried to start a friendly conversation, he wasn’t having it, he wrapped the cotton in foil w/​the acetone and put it loosely around each finger, then sat there, head down on his Facebook timeline, then he took a few foils off as the others fell off already, started scraping my nails since the polish hadn’t lifted, put the foil back on again sloppy as all get out, i told him foil kept falling off which is why polish wasn’t lifting, he just ignored me, i literally swiped the foil of my fingers, got up and left. wow. bye.

We decided to pamper ourselves on memorial weekend and went to try out the new Venetian Nail Spa on Jupiter Beach. The place is very plush and luxurious in every way. They have beautiful massage chairs that will massage your entire back and behind area. The nail technicians Tony and Ricky did a wonderful job and gave great hand massages at the end of the gel polish. Our guys also gave us great pedicures and foot/​leg rubs as well. We also did our eyebrows which came out beautiful. I was very scared to try someone new as I am very picky, but she surpassed my expectations! We also really enjoyed the lovely music that was playing. Prices were good. This is a great place to pamper yourself!

This place looks nice but looks can be deceiving! They cut my daughter when they were doing her nails and both of our nail polishes are peeling off and we just walked away from the place we asked them to fix it and they wouldn’t very disappointed. Out $ 110.00 bucks plus tip and have to go get our stuff redone ;(will not be retuning

I need a quick eyebrow clean up and was at Harbourside and decided to stop at Venetian Nail for the first time. The woman at the reception desk as you walk in was very warm and friendly. I was offered a beverage, which was pleasant.
The woman that did my eyebrow was personable and very friendly. Overall, it was a warm experience (on a ugly rainy day) and the prices are reasonable. I will return.

That was the absolute quickest manicure I’ve ever had. Definitely not a relaxing experience to enjoy, but if you are in a rush then this seems to be the place to go! Nice inside, liked the chairs and pretty décor. I got the same feeling from the guy who did my mani when he asked if I wanted gel or acrylics after already saying «just a regular manicure please» as I do from some waiters when they realize the check is going to be really small… you can see the personality fizzle right before your eyes. But nothing wrong with the mani other than practically no massage.

I went to Venetian earlier today and got a pedicure. Very clean and relaxing environment. Loved that they had so many colors to choose from. The nail tech was quiet but very polite, I believe his name is Charlie and he did an awesome job, I definitely enjoyed my Signature Spa Pedi and totally coming back.

Getting my nails done. Feel so happy. 1^st time ive ever gone to a beauty salon to do this because its very pricey to me. However, with Venetian, i didn’t regret wat i had spent. Its really worth to wat i paid. Venetian spa s such a good choice. Staffs are so friendly n nice. Nail techs in here are all experienced and professional. My manicure was done by Johny, thou he looks young but he has experienced n taken care my nails really carefully. I am so happy with my nails n definitely come back with my gals

TERRIBLE QUALITY and CUSTOMER SERVICE I attended their grand opening, was actually second customer in the doors, and received a free pedicure. Was so impressed I decided to purchase a gel manicure with white tips, as gels are suppose to last at least two weeks, however this one lasted less than a week. I went back to show them how they chipped as I was running around doing errands and they said come back and they would take care of me. I finally went back and the owner says she will gave me another one with 50% off, I said but I paid $ 40 already why would I want to pay $ 20 when the last one didn’t last. The owner replies that she will do it, she will take her time and it will last. Well this comment tells me the other nail tech. aren’t good??? What a comment. Did she really think I want to waste another $ 20 when I already spent $ 40 for poor quality. I work retail and if you want an unsatisfied customer to come back you take care of them. She should have given me another gel for free, proven her services/​quality are good and then I would come back. However she didn’t and I will never step foot in there again.
