If i could give them zero stars I would have. Used them for the first time and will not go back. They are conveniently close… howevet convenience doesnt make up for lack of customer service. When i dropped my coat off. i was very friendly despite the lack of enthusiam on their part… i did not get a hi… how are you… thankyou…just it will be ready tuesday.
So…because i love a challenge… i thought id go in there all enthusiastic and friendly. ha…they were worse today. Like I was bothering them​.again​.no smile, no thankyou. no have a nice day… i was the one to say thank you! And they didnt even get the fuzzies off my coat… which just easily came off by me… upon researching prices. they are high compared to other places… i like to use busineeses in my hometown… but for dry cleaning. i will go elsewhere.

I’m giving this place two stars because they did an alright job on my clothes and they’re very close to my house so convenience has always kept me and my family coming back. However their prices are extremely high and the complete lack of customer service has made me resolute in my decision not to go back. The people at the counter are rude. Unfriendly. And pushy. When I’m taking a minute to sort my clothes when no one else is there the woman tapped her fingers while I did this making me very uncomfortable. Yesterday my brother went in and paid with his Bears credit card to which the cashier started berating him because she’s a «Colts fan» then she goes «I BET YOURE A SOX FAN TOO» how about just being friendly, giving us our clothes and saying thank you. It’s never happened. So this place is losing mine and my family’s business after 15 years. Good luck.

I personally do not take my dry cleaning here but have dropped off and picked up for my Aunt plenty of times. I dropped 13 items off 2 weeks ago and went to pick them up this past Friday (well after they were supposed to be ready) I will be honest and say I did not have the dry cleaning tickets, but in this day and age where we use technology for EVERYTHING, I don’t think it should be a problem. Anyways, when I had dropped the stuff off it seems at if they mis-​marked the pants I took in and DID NOT want to give them to me and wanted me to return in the morning when the owner was there! Are you kidding me? So the lady who I was dealing with was blaming it on the girl who worked in the morning even though she was the one who took my pants. Gave me attitude for not having the tickets, finally after about 15 minutes in there and some foul words with her boss she made me pay cash and let me take the stuff and go. My aunt will be switching dry cleaners ASAP.

I have been taking my clothes here for years to get dry cleaned. I do not live in the area any longer and I still drop off my dry cleaning here.
I still use them because when they say my items will be ready after 2:00 PM on a certain day I can count on it that they will be ready. They don’t give me wishy-​washy answers and I just hope that they will be done by the time I need them. They have always come through for me.
Not only are they reliable, they are reasonably priced, do a great job at cleaning my garments, and the staff is always polite. Never have I encountered an attitude here. I will continue bringing my clothes here as long as I do not live too far and still frequent the area. I know I can count on them!

It’s a shame that your sign says you close at 7:00 but at 6:55 you tell your customers that you already «shut your computer down». You’re only getting 1 star because I have to give it to you.
