We will never order from this Domino’s. We ordered pizza online and 2 hours later it still had not shown up. Online status showed driver left store at 6:52PM and driver didn’t show up until 7:49. We live 8 minutes down the road. The pizza arrived COLD. We called to complain and got the excuse that they’re busy. Completely unacceptable. Would give ZERO stars if I could.

Waiting an hour and 20 minutes for mediocre pizza? Seriously… I thought I’d give Dominoes another chance after a bad experience years ago. I guess some things don’t change.

The staff has been quite friendly but the cashiers are severely under trained. I have been in and used a gift card once and a debit card another time and they had to get someone to come help them each time. The pizza has been very good. The only problem I have had is I ordered some pasta one night for pickup, and I wasn’t told until I got there that they were out of pasta, yet they made the rest of the order. I ordered breadsticks to go with the pasta but of course the pasta was not available so was a bit disappointed to pay for something that I was looking to have with one dish but not get the dish. The amenities at this location make it very nice, from the small patio outside which they have enclosed and tried to climate control to the drawing wall and watching window for kids.

I went in and ordered a pizza today at this Dominos to take home. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. After waiting in the establishment for 30 min I went to the counter and was told it would be an additional wait of 5 minutes. I chose not to wait and waste any more of my time. This has happened once before for this Dominos. This is not good business. I will not return or refer to others.

So I’d always thought the pizza at Domino’s was eh. Here’s the deal. I had never tried their«handmade pan» pizza till a few weeks ago. As far as pizza chain delivery goes, their pan pizza is the BOMB! It even comes in a special«Black» box! You know it’s good when the sides of the pie are carmelized with cheezy goodness. And I’m not sure exactly what type of Mozzarella they use but it’s DEFINITELY not you regular pizza cheese. I feel like I’ve uncovered a hidden gem!

Pizza always comes hot, fresh tasting, and delicious! The stuffed cheesy bread is bigger than expected, but the chicken always tastes a little soggy.

We have order delivery from dominos 2x now. Excellent service, nice staff and delivery guys, and they are fast! We only have 1 other option for delivery where I live(another pizza place) so it’s nice to know so far they are consistent. As for the actual pizza, it’s tasty but a little over cooked. We have ordered a regular crust and thin crust both times and both are a little on the crunchy side. Easy fix.

As the reining duchess of Joe’s it might be sacrilege for us to try out the new chain restaurant in town. But… I am impressed! The store is clean and family friendly with a set of steps inviting little ones to watch the process, and a chalk board wall for them to color while waiting for your take out. I was personally hoping something more eat-in restaurant like would take up this space with the fire place and amazing porch. Dominos has done a good job of filling the space with 6 large picnic tables and an ice and water machine. I’m sure that many after game meals will be taken here by little league soccer and teeball teams.
