My husband and I had an amazing experience. We found just what he needed at great prices, and there was so much variety. I was very impressed with the store and we had a wonderful time.
The store has high ceilings and a very clean, inviting atmosphere, so if you haven’t been in awhile, maybe they remodeled? I thought it was a lovely place.

Found what I wanted therefore I like this place. What you see is what you get. The local is not at all fancy but they have a big selection and variety of boots. The staff tends to leave you to your shopping and only becomes available when you have questions and are very helpful then. FYI — they don’t take American Express.

Good prices on boots… however horrible customer service! I went to buy some boots and I was the only person in the store! The lady was absolutely no help and acted like she could care less about my business. As a result, I ended up buying the wrong size. I wore them once. And there are no returns. I can understand a snooty attitude in Neiman Marcus… but these warehouses the clerks all act snooty! Surprising for a small Texas town. I’ve been in customer Service for 28 years. This is one of the worst I have seen in a retail store.

Horrible experience buying boots. None of the employees wore name badges or anything to indicate that they worked there. There weren’t enough people on the floor to help customers and those that were, it seemed like a huge imposition on them if you asked for help. No signs indicating men’s vs women’s or how the store was arranged. Just poorly staffed.

This is the place in Texas to buy boots! Even if you have no intention of buying boots, you should still stop in for a look. Once you get here ask an employee orientate you. There are 4 – 5 different buildings. Unfortunately I had only 30 minutes before they closed and spent most of my time wondering aimlessly. Everything has changed since the last time I was here…20 years ago.
