Terrible customer service. They used to have a really friendly crew but not any more. The man there said they don’t do any mechanical work. It was simple but he still did not do it or even try. He started talking about some other unhappy customers that may have complained. Bottom line I do NOT recommend going there. Cockiness is what they will present you. I recommend going to MAUI LOCK right behind Midas. They’re much cheaper, great quality of work, and with Aloha persona.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I got locked out of my house and so desperately I called this so called lock smith company and talked to a very rude girl who was the furthest thing from helpful. I called mid day and she refused to help/​send anyone. I asked if there were any other locksmith services who could help and she told me to look it up for myself in yellow pages. Very very rude. If you are looking for a good kind locksmith call (808)243−5397 Mar-​key lock and security. So kind. This company and customer service saved the day for my roomate and myself! ZERO STARS

Very disappointed… called to have our van re-​keyed after a break-​in and they said they wouldn’t come out because it was raining. Even when I said it’s not raining here, his response was, well it’s raining here and we don’t work in the rain. Wow. They referred us to JP Locksmith who did an awesome same-​day job, without any rain. Guess they don’t need any business there!

Our family was on vacation in Maui and after a wonderful trip, it was finally time to leave the dreamland of Hawaii. As we were packing the car, we somehow locked our keys in the car! This dreamland suddenly transformed into a nightmare! Our flight was leaving in a few hours, and we didn’t know what to do! We tried calling our rental car company, but they weren’t much help.
We remembered we have AAA, and called them right away. They didn’t have any locksmith vendors in Maui right on file, so they dispatched out to find a vendor. Literally 5 minutes later Kihei Safe and Locksmith showed up! We were so happy the gentleman arrived quickly, was friendly, and got our keys out in no time. Kihei Safe and Locksmith (and AAA) saved the day. Thank you!
