I stepped on my eyeglasses and bent the frame while on vacation on Maui. I was desperate to get them straightened as they were the only pair I had with me! Jack at LensCrafters helped me straighten them at no charge. He was very kind and did a great job — that you Jack!

I went in today and got helped by Amanda while picking out my glasses. She was an absolute sweetheart and made the process so fast and simple. She automatically came up to me after my exam and made me feel so comfortable and was just so sweet to both myself and my friend. I felt like I was visiting a friend at work. I will definitely be coming back, simply because she works there.
If you go in, try to get helped by her, you will not regret it!

Lens Crafter’s in Maui are the best. I had problems with my frames and went to have it worked on. But I needed to leave it in the store for an hour, but I was leaving for a trip. Sure enough the following day it broke totally. I went into the Hayward, Ca Lens Crafter’s and looking at it for a almost 45 minutes they couldn’t do anything with it. So for a week I had to tape it together. Looking like a Dork. After returning to Maui I returned to Our Lens Crafter’s and the fixed it At No Charge. Mahalo Lens Crafter’s at Kaahumanu Shopping Center. You are AWESOME!

I went to lens crafter’s had to exchange my glasses to something better. This women Susan comes up and helps me with these amazing glasses. She is super patient and sweet. Did everything I needed for my new repair. So I highly recommend this place. And Susan is the women to talk to.

I popped a lens out cleaning my half-​frameless glasses while on vacation in Maui and Jeffy repaired them in a snap. She even showed me how to do it myself while giving me the necessary supplies, and at no charge. I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service received. I hope that LensCrafters management recognizes her for the goodwill her efforts created.

All i wanted was a simple cleaning cloth and some rinse. Maile promptly took my glasses and gave them the cleaning of their life THEN adjusted the loose frames. Good grief — what great service.
I also got some new shades — suitably buffed and polished before being handed over. Kudos Maile.

I took in my two «new» pairs of glasses purchased in Chicago less than a month ago, both of which had fallen apart. Jeffy at LensCrafters took two minutes to repair one pair with LensCrafters parts, looked at my repair job on the other pair and said that’s the best that can be done, then charged me nothing. I’m now a fan.

This LensCrafters saved my vacation! The unique style of my frame made my glasses impossible to repair after one of the arms snapped off. Found Lenscrafters through Unilocal,took my prescription there as soon as they opened and had a new pair within the hour. It was not inexpensive, but it was worth it since it allowed me to enjoy the rest of my vacation!

Definitely 5 stars for speed. Dad lost his glasses in the ocean. This place did an eye exam and then made the glasses in about an hour (bifocals too!)! Yes, you pay a little more, but the speed of service is well worth the extra.

This Lenscrafter helped save the vacation. Just like a couple of other posters, we were on vacation when my wife developed an eye infection and had her glasses damaged by our son. The optometrist wrote a prescription for antibiotics and charged us $ 65 which I felt was a very good price for an emergency visit. The fact that the glasses were done in an hour also helped minimize the damage to valuable vacation time. They also had a large selection of frames to choose from. Found out one of the optometrist moved to Maui without knowing anybody here to live a dream of his… nice idea!

Like Tricia, we were on vacation and I managed to step on my boyfriends brand new glasses after he thoughtfully left them on the floor. The clear wire/​string that holds in the lenses snapped which necessitated a trip to the nearest eyeglass store. We walked into Lens Crafters and were immediately greeted by the general manager who took one look, told us it would be about ½ an hour and they would call when they were ready. We busied ourselves around the mall and 25 minutes later we received the call that they were done. We picked them up, they looked good and then we found out there was no charge! Woot! The glasses were not from Lens Crafters either. I would have much rather been on the beach than at the mall but Lens Crafters made it quick and easy.
