My dad has been coming from Australia to Maui for years to windsurf and every time he has visited he has always left «stoked» on the service and quality of the gear he has hired from Naish!
The last 3 weeks there was a few days with out wind so they gave him a huge discount because he didn’t get full usage of the gear.
They are always happy to swap and assure the gear specs are exactly what he desires.
Thanks for being a bunch of absolute legends!!!

I will say that Coach, I believe he runs the place, is the bomb! Anytime someone I know is headed to Maui, I always send them to Coach. He’s very knowledgeable in all types of equipment. And it doesn’t matter if it’s for purchase or for rental, always is the same treatment… great service and very competitive prices. Thanks again Naish!

We recently purchased the three piece Makani paddle… on only the 7th use, it broke right in half while in the middle of our morning 7 mile paddle! Fortunately, this happened while on Maui vacationing. We took it into Naish in Kahului and they replaced the piece that broke. Great service from Sam and Jay. Now we can continue our paddling here on Maui! Thanks guys!!!

Visiting Maui on holidays. Back home i got the inflatable SUP (easy to travel with) and a 3 piece paddle that for some reason broke today. Called the shop and a few hours later i had a new paddle in my hands.
Great service by Jay!
Great store that breaths Naish and all that the brand stands for!

Easy peasy. Coach helped me right away, listened to my criteria and recommended appropriate choices. Offered me a race discount I didn’t even know about!
He suggested I buy the adjustable paddle. I was not inclined as I want a sturdy shaft (seriously, in the paddle!) but I am so glad I took Coach’s advice. I did my first race on Saturday and loved being able to adjust the paddle length in the race as the conditions varied.

We love the Naish products and have been them for years. But the service at this shop is horrible and filled with so much attitude that we just can’t go back. We live on the island part time and have frequented the store in the past but won’t be going back. So now we are looking at getting a new quiver of kites and won’t be buying Naish because of the service.
The aloha spirit is alive on Maui but not at the Naish store.

The staff at Naish was extremely helpful. We rented two SUP boards. Being intermediate paddlers (optimistic assessment), their professional knowledge and customer service was fantastic. We ended up with two boards, paddles, and soft rack for the jeep for the week. The rentals cost us a hefty $ 500, but the equipment was great. The price was a tough pill to swallow given that they give locals the rentals for half the price, but I suppose locals are more likely to ultimately buy as well. You can find boards for cheaper elsewhere on the island but this place is dialed in. Also, this shop is HUGE for kite surfing.
