The have a NEW OWNER ! Seems the total jerk who was so rude is gone. The new owner just answered the phone and was super nice and helpful. Can’t wait to give him good business. Good riddance to the last owner who was so rude.

I’ve been a customer of Kona MacNet since nearly the day they opened in 2005. I’ve been very pleased with the help I’ve gotten there for years, especially on Applecare-​covered repairs or replacements, out-​of-​warranty repairs, and accessories for the Macs I’m responsible for. Tim, their repair guy, is a gem who’s been very gracious in helping me out. I’ve found the other employees there also excellent.

Was a walk in. There were a number of customers in the store so I had to wait. I was waited on immediately as soon as a person became available.
My problem was a tech question with my old IPad The tech person was occupied but Michelle asked me if she could help with the issue. What she did solved the problem and they did not charge for the time.
I felt welcomed and my problem was solved.

They have a selection of apple products for purchase. That’s all this is. They don’t work on iPhones and seem wholly disinterested.

Great staff and support on MAC products. I was staying in a hotel in Kona and I didn’t have anything to open the SIM slot so I could install the microSIM card.
I stopped by after grabbing a coffee from Starbucks, and the staff were great. In and out in two seconds.
I was in the ‘Mac Made Easy’ store earlier and the clerk told me they weren’t allowed to open the SIM slot — she wouldn’t even loan me a paper clip!
She suggested I stop by at a cellular provider and see if they would do it.
