Lailan, is just beyond FABULOUS… She went way way over our expectations, to help us find a home in a timely manner and one that would be great for our family. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family, who is looking for a home or any real estate. And to top it off she’s a local girl born and raised here in the island, and understands how it is to live in Hawaii with all the high costs. Lailan, is very knowledgeable, understanding, and thorough on everything. If you got questions, well she got the answers for you and even to find a lender as well.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere thankfulness and gratitude that I have for Lailan. I was given the task to help oversee buying a property for a very dear friend of mine. (He resides full time in California) but considers Hawaii especially Kona to be his home away from home. I recently reconnected with Lailan only to find out that she now sells real estate. Lailan is fast, efficient and smart when it comes to Kona Real Estate. She has great knowledge of the area being a local girl born and raised on the island. That makes a huge difference when I was searching for a place. She is very thorough and does not rush or pressure you into buying something you are not 100% sold on. And she’s young and pretty. Can’t beat that!
