Well since my first install in july of 2011 I’ve added an additional 12 panels for a total of 24. PA Harris did those additions and it was easy. Good support staff answering questions, and they are very busy these days through word of mouth. Lots of new companies trying to cash in, but I am comfortable with my choice of vendor; they’ve been in Kona 25 years and are not going to disappear. Had one problem with the box that reports production to the mainland server so that you can see how the system is doing remotely anywhere you have internet, and that was replaced with no questions asked. It’s been gratifying to see my bill get down below $ 30.
