Jamba Juice

We just went in and left after a few minutes. We weren’t the only ones. The cashier was too busy leisurely stuffing her face with food and couldn’t be bothered to take any orders. How rude of those damn customers to interrupt her eating.

Jamba Juice is located on the corner of Kailua Road and Hahani. There is a small lot that is shared with other businesses in this strip mall. There is a larger lot available near the Macy’s store.
We walked in after our walk on the beach. The place is clean and smells like oranges. There was only one other person in line, so our wait to order was minimal. We ordered a waffle and a medium Pineapple Dream. The total for those 2 came out to $ 8.25. There is a rewards program, so make sure to punch in your phone number for credit on your order. If you have any rewards to use, it will pop up on the screen. I can appreciate that!
The wait for our order was about 5 minutes. We spent our time hanging out the stools by the door. There is also a counter for people who may want to eat their food items or drink their smoothies inside.
My daughter’s waffle was sweet and tasty. It was crunchy just like she likes it. The Pineapple Dream was delicious and smooth. It was a perfect thing for after the beach!
For the pricing, the variety of menu items (and secret menu items), I would definitely come back when I’m craving a smoothie!

I’ve gone to a few places to try acai bowls, and never found one that i liked… The main reason, no one will make me one without banana in the mix because they’re all «pre-​mixed». Today i went to Jamba Juice and explained this to them. They said that for those with particular dislikes, they make one from scratch for them! So, i still have yet to try an acai bowl, because i opted for their pitaya bowl today instead. And still, they made that for me without banana in the mix as well. I’m really glad that I’ve finally find a place that’ll do that for me… Why didn’t try checking with jamba juice a long time ago? Smh…

Typical Jamba juice store. Service is ok, nothing special. The background music was too upbeat and very loud. I couldn’t wait to get my drink and get out of there.

Service was average. .I am kind of disappointed with this location. .when I brought the kaukau coupon and I was asked what does it translate? I explained to the cashier that the coupon was for 20% off and I had the Matcha Green Tea mist before and in mist, you substitute the enlightened base for the frozen yogurt and not put in the frozen yogurt. I hope that there will be better communication with the girl who took my order, it seemed like she almost didn’t let me use my Kaukau coupon because it was written in another language because I felt like. .ok, am I not allowed to use the Kaukau coupon or something? Goodness and the smoothie turned out to be a little runny. Maybe next time I can ask to make it a little thicker, even with the enlightened base so it will be a little neater and not spilling all over my cup. I hope that the next time I return to this location, I will be able to use my kaukau coupon without being asked what’s being said in another language and make sure that I get my smoothie made the proper way when a customer asks for the enlightened base and not put frozen yogurt.

Always a great place to get something to refresh you after a workout. My favorite is the Orange Dream Machine.

Never had a bad experience there, good and friendly service, drinks are made right

This Jamba is like most others I have gone into. They are slow. Good customer service. The juice is more ice then anything else. I go here when I have coupons for free or buy one get one.

This Jamba is ok. Nice smiles good customer service. Love that gotta guava after a hike to Maunawili falls.

First Jamba Juice we visited while vacationing in Hawaii. Wait wasn’t bad and they got the drinks right.
Plenty of parking outside and customer service was good.

Service is good and they are quick. I go here regularly for a quick smoothie for lunch. My favorite is the Mango a go go. Their smoothies are a little pricey but since it’s pretty much the only smoothie place in kailua I go here for convenience.
The lobby area is a bit cramped and there is usually 1 table outside that you can sit on but it’s usually taken. The starbucks next door has more seating but there are signs that say for starbucks customers only. I sit there anyway since they are owned by the same company I figured they wouldn’t kick me out.
I like that they take your name when you order. It helps to keep them from mixing up your drink or giving it to the wrong person.

It seems like this location has more turnover than other Honolulu Jamba Juice stores. I frequent this location since this is the only Jamba Juice in Kailua (which is in my neighborhood), otherwise, I would prefer the other stores.

My smoothie was good, the friendly service seemed a bit insincere.

This Jamba in particular sucks. I’m not sure what it is because all the other shops and food joints around are great but this one just blows. The customer service is nonexistent, they removed the bar so there are just a couple random stools and the employees generally act as though you are inconveniencing them. For example, most of you know that the person taking your order asks for a name so they can call you when your order is up, so I gave them my name. when my drink was done it was just kind of slid on the counter with an attitude, no offer of a lid and no name called. At least the Lanikai juice girls are friendly. Will not go back to this Jamba.
