Chung Mark MD

I was a patient of Dr. Chung for many years. Always felt that the care I received from Dr. Chung was good. Although every visit seemed to be routine and mechanical with the assistant asking the same set of questions I thought it was necessary for insurance purposes. But my biggest complaint is about the difficulty in communicating with him or his office. There is no email. All phone calls, unless specifically asking for front desk, go to a machine with lengthy, very unfriendly messages for such issues as prescription refills or billing. Prescription refills sometimes take several calls, including asking for the front desk, to get filled. The worst is the billing. There were mistakes that are just impossible to correct. Even after specifically providing proof of payment and asking for proper explanation the erroneous bills kept coming as if I don’t exist nor matter. They NEVER call you back. I have since found another Doctor and what a difference!

Dr. Chung is one of the coolest doctors. Tells it like it is and seems to care about his patients. Will be through to figure out what’s wrong with you but doesn’t believe in over medicating either. Staff is nice and friendly. He as always busy so you may have to wait a bit long somethings.

Staff was very friendly. The Doc is a strait shooter and seems to generally care about the overall well being of the patient.
