Posted open hours till 5:00 PM but on January 21, 2014 they were closed early. Didn’t matter what our cell phones said they were closed. My phone said 4:55 pm and that was after getting turned down less than professionally twice. I needing a blood test before taking a needed antibiotic. The two workers could care less. All they said was that there time was different than the cell towers. So I guess go earlier than 7 am and find out. Ended up going to Castle Medical center while not as fast they serviced me with a smile. Took my first Cipro by 6:00 pm. Hopefully feeling better soon no thanks to DLS.

Been here a few times for tests. Always friendly. They open at 7:00. If you want to get in first you need to be there by 6:30 at least. During the day there isn’t much of a wait for the most part. All in all very friendly and professional. Did I mention that I HATE needles?

Kaneohe, HI
The Kaneohe location closed at noon today. Since I fasted more than 12 hours, I didn’t want to waste my discomfort, so I drove to the Kailua location as the sign suggested since they close at 5pm. There were no customers so no waiting. I went straight to the chair for my blood draw and had a nice chat with the technician. All was good! She made an unpleasant task less dreadful! Haha!
