I started seeing dr Lau about 2 years ago for Invisalign treatment. I highly recommend him. His office is very pleasant with friendly staff. Once you walk in, you are instantly greeted and you feel like family. Dr Lau always explained everything to me beforehand and there were never any hidden fees. I never had a problem getting an appointment, and if I had any issues and needed to be seen, he would always fit me in his schedule right away. My treatment went well and I am very pleased with the work.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Lau since I was young, and although I moved away for college, I still see him every time I’m back home. He did my braces, and I get compliments all the time on my smile. He explained everything very thoroughly and in a way that I could understand, and he gave me several options based on what I could afford. I’ve never felt like he was trying to upsell me. He and his staff are very friendly, and make you feel very comfortable. One time I had an emergency, and he bent over backwards to accommodate me.

I would recommend Dr. Lau to all. He did an awesome job for my dental problem. I have a fear for dentists but he and his staff put me at ease, they worked fast and before you know it I had my dental problem resolved. He is a perfectionist as far as I am concern, because he continued to work on my denture when I thought it was okay and working for me. Glad I had him continue, because it’s even better then before.
