Hawaii Helping Hands provides a great service that we used in our recent trip to the North Shore. We ordered all of the groceries online, Alia emailed me back quickly to confirm everything, discuss logistics, etc. The customer service was excellent. When we arrived in Oahu, all of the groceries were at the house, organized neatly, or in the fridge. This was a huge time saver and we really enjoyed the service. We will use them again!

Hawaii Helping Hands Concierge saved the day today! Nothing like finding, buying, hauling, and decorating a 10′+ tree for an incoming vacationer! I was in a panic and one quick call and Alia and Mark came to the rescue. Great communication, can do attitude, and no «attitude»! Willing to serve in a Godspeed timely manner, did I say great communication?! Epitome of Aloha. I am a fan and I will use again, and again, and again! Mahalo for making me look like a hero, I am grateful and humbled.

I wanted to send a last minute gift basket to a friend staying in a local guesthouse. The owner of the guesthouse referred me to Helping Hands. I got a prompt phone call rom Alia and over the phone I made arrangements to have a custom gift basket put together and delivered. The basket arrived on time as promised and was described by the recipient as being «terrific.» I was pleased to get such great customer services on such short notice.

There’s not enough space here to write about my amazing experience with HHH. As soon as you write them, they are helpful with more than what you are looking for. I just wanted to rent baby equipment, but ended up asking them questions about yoga instructors, masseuses, babysitters, the best places to grocery shop, where to take my kids… the list goes on and on. Even if you’re familiar with Oahu, they’re locals… they know everything. On top of it all, it’s so reasonably priced. For the service you get, the rentals, the airport pick ups, all of it is actually cheaper than if you went with traditional services. Trust me, we are not fancy people and have never used a «concierge» service. On top of it all, the staff they are so incredibly kind, reliable and trustworthy. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Even if you’re just looking to rent a crib or get picked up from the airport, you’re going to get way more than what you paid for.
