Pineapple, mango, melon top with cream over 1 scoop of ice cream. This was by far the best shaved ice/​ice cream I have ever had. Price wise reasonable. Definitely a must have when you visit hawaii. You will not be disappointed.

Store itself is nice and matches the feel Kailua is turning to this day and age. However the shave ice is actually quite poor. I feel as if this place is more «Hipster Shave Ice», than actually quality shave ice that you can get at a mom and pop store in Hawaii. The ice is very crunchy and not grated fine like other known shave ice stands. Syrups are great and not chilled hence the dis formation and shrinkage once the syrup is poured onto the ice. However they do give you an option for included ice cream scoop in the price. Yet the serving size was so small, I could not find it in the Cup. It was also awkward standing outside with only one bench to sit on. Also there were no trash cans near by which was very inconvenient. Again all in all this place is more pretty than good.

Now I have two Island Snow stores to pick from whenever I’m in town. Love this new location — feels bigger, multi level, cool apparel, even cooler shave ice and fun employees.

I LOVE thier shaved ice. Lilikoi and blue raspberry are my favorite flavors are the best with the ice cream on the bottom. Yummy.

Today I went to Island Snow at Kailua Shopping Center. It was a great disappointment. Do they use the same syrup as the Kailua Beach store? Got the same shaved iced I always get but the one I got had very little taste. Will go back to the Kailua Beach store even it is further from my home.
