Yup, cool and mellow guy who can turn your nasty pool into a crystal clear oasis! Fixed our green water with black mold problem. Maintains it every week to keep it clean and nice. Easy payment method via email and Intuit. Responds to your text messages in a timely manner. Price is affordable, especially for our old pool with broken down plaster. Does his best to get your dog (s) to know and like him.
Only negative is that I think pool service is limited to Kailua.
If you don’t do your own pool, then you gotta hire Pali’s Pools!

Unilocal works!
After years with our prior poolman for our home in Kaiua, he ended up retiring, and a new poolman took over who was very, very unreliable. We put up with things as long as we could – longer than we should – before taking to Unilocal to find another, and met Paul Norris (he runs Pali’s Pools) in the process. Paul’s been taking care of our salt water pool since then, about 6 months now, and has been super. Very reasonable cost, super reliable, shows up on time without fail, extremely courteous, and the pool looks absolutely super. I’ve recommended Paul highly to others and will continue to. One of the nicer people you’ll meet, and knows pools like few others – had lots of experience w/​difficult salt water (dust-​storm clogged) pools in Arizona before moving here. A great person, and a great poolman. I’m writing this because I want his business to thrive, so he can stay with our pool till he retires!

Great, honest, and reliable service! Paul was my pool man for five years in Kailua before I moved. Had other services, but none of them compared to Paul. He’s always in a cheerful mood, and does what’s best for his customers. My family and I miss him dearly.

My pool was starting to look like a green swamp when I called Paul from Pali’s Pools. He came over right away and we had the clearest, freshest pool ever since. That was more than two years ago. He’s here once a week to care for the pool and has even befriended our dogs. Over the period of time that Pali’s Pools has been caring for our pool we’ve had a couple of emergencies like the refill valve running constantly and the pump breaking down.
