The saga of our kitchen flooding continues! Plus more!
So after a 2 ½ weeks of hearing NOTHING about our incident our homeowner’s association had finally sent an insurance claims adjuster to our unit. However, there was nothing left of the «damage». After the claims adjuster left and hearing what he had to say, I felt so uneasy. I didn’t know who else to contact, so I called Jim in a panic. Thinking if there were no evidence of the flooding left behind, how can a claim possibly be processed sufficiently!!! Jim was, once again, GREAT! He emailed me all the pictures he had taken of our kitchen (before and after) and the state of our living conditions afterward. He also reassured me that he has had no problems when dealing with our homeowner’s insurance company. I felt at ease again.
About a week later, my neighbor’s bathroom flooded. This happened after 9pm. After a conversation with the emergency hotline for our homeowner’s association was unsuccessful, we discovered that Servicemaster Restore… was ²⁴⁄₇! By that time, it was 10pm. We were so estatic that Jim answered the phone! Although he had some not so good news for my neighbors, he reassured them that he would be there to help the next day.
Jim and his team, they’ve really been GREAT through this mess of an experience for us. I don’t know how else to express my gratitude for them.

Jim was prompt in returning my call, setting up a time to view the property to be cleaned, and getting the job done quickly and efficiently. He took care in identifying potential issues, asking about specific items to be retained, and calling me over if he had any questions about the items. He and his crew cleaned an entire apartment home exactly in the way it needed to be done, met all of the expectations I had for the condition it would be in at job completion, and was both professional and personable while doing the job. Thank you Jim for completing my biggest task while on O’ahu in such a short period of time!

Service Master was a great help to me when my condo unit had a plumbing break. They were able to extract the water and prevent mold from forming. They were very very fast & efficient. I recommend them highly.

Our homeowners insurance reccomended using this company after we had some flooding in two rooms of our house. While the servicemaster guys did a fine job of pumping out the water and drying the floors out, when it came to ripping some of the damaged walls and flooring out, they were unprofessional and frustrating to work with. They ripped out floors that they weren’t authorized to, and after they finished ripping the floors up, they informed us that they didn’t have a plan as far as what floors they were going to put in, a mistake that resulted in us living with no floors for over a week while they found subcontractors and ordered the flooring.
