receptionist and nurses are the best
I got my pacemaker in because I wasn’t feeling so well. She acted fast and now I feel waaayy better now. John is always very fast and gets things done. Even though I’m a complicated patient with all my heart stuff they always reassures me I’ll be taken cared of.

NOW, THEY DO NON-SURGICAL FAT REMOVAL! ok that’s not what it’s really called but they call it Coolsculpting. Last time I went for lasering Leesa told me about this new service they offered and seems worth while especially if you’re a mommy that just can’t get rid of that lil pooch ring around the mid-section.
The thing I love about this place? Most if not all the people that work here have tried their services they offer so they can show you results of their own! No pressure, you can see real-life results… I admire that. Now I’m less scared to consider another service!
They’re about to do some renovation (bigger space!!!) but they’ll still be open as far as I know. Love this place! :)

I’m not sure how or why this particular machine works so much better than the other laser hair removal machines I have tried, but after one treatment I was already seeing HUGE results… hair growing back much thinner and not growing back at all in many spots! The technicians are friendly and very professional and I already have my next appointment set up for next month! I can’t wait!
If you have always wanted to do this, but have hesitated for whatever reason… do something nice for yourself and get your laser hair removal treatments at Windward Heart. You won’t be disappointed. :D

Unfriendly and cold bedside manner, dr wong did not treat my family member when he had all the machines there to do it. Extremely smug and rude., Bad judgement call.
