Jet’s Pizza

The female manager is the rudest most uniformed manager I’ve ever spoke to at a carry out. I just moved here so I don’t know the history of north Burdick st but the other location delivered after dark and said sorry but gull road is closer so next time please order through them I said ok thanks they were nice about it. Well Gull rd won’t do nothin for me after dark and I was told managers rule not corporate. Today during lunch I call and they say please hold while I see if we deliver there and I said ok she come back and say we don’t goodbye. I said wait can I speak to a manager please and she says I am the manager. So if she’s the manager why was I on hold to wait and see if they deliver here the manager should know that especially when they tell the rest of the workers don’t deliver to anyone on N Burdick after dark??? Never Again

Got a fingernail in our pizza from this jets! Called and the manager said, «yeah, we have a few nail bitters here.» That was it! GROSS! Disgusting! Don’t eat here!

I order Jets to go and ran in to grab it real quick. I was taking it across town and when I got home I realized that the pizza I ordered was mistaken for the individual slice tray that they serve single pieces from. I called obviously not too pleased with not having a pizza I paid for and they were really great about trying to make it right. They asked if I wanted them to bring me my pizza (even though it was out of the normal delivery range) or if I wanted a free pizza next time. We ordered other food too so we decided to get a free pizza next time and they even stopped the payment of the rest of the order. I understand that mistakes happen and I truly appreciate it when people go out of their way to make things right.

This place delivered earlier than promised and the food was anything less but delicious. I got the thin crust pizza and it was heavenly. Customer service is great

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how much I like jet’s pizza. Their deep dish reminds me of Little Caesers back when it really was Pizza! Pizza! Anyways, I order a small deep dish with no sauce, double pineapple, bacon with cheese on the top. Simple for me but most places screw it up. Either put sauce on it or the cheese on the bottom or something… Jets never screws it up! And its yummy, mmmm, pizza… Also, my boyfriend gets the jets «10» and is always happy. We also love their greek salad, with pickled beets (love those!). Overall, we always enjoy it :)

I liked Jet’s until now, but this is a bad location or I just had a bad isolated experience. They messed up the toppings on my order then hurried too much to remake my pizza. The ham was burned, partly black and dry as if it was re-​used from the first pizza. Parts of the cheese were black too, and part of the bottom of the crust. And I think they turned up the heat. It took a lot less time to make the second pizza. The edges were burned, the cheese was burned. I was really hungry so I wolfed down a few slices, but was unhappy with it. When I took it back they said it wasn’t burned and I ate too much of it. They said they don’t have a money back policy. Also they didn’t offer any kind of discount for the first messed up pizza. At least the employees were somewhat polite, even though they wouldn’t budge on a discount or money back. I assume it’s a policy from above and not these employees’ fault that they can’t give a refund. I won’t be going back to Jet’s.
Update– After writing the local franchise owner he did mail me a check for the cost of the pizza.

Jets is a good mid-​week pizza parlor chain that has always performed well for us. We live across Gull and so we’ve only ordered pickup, the fee for delivery, for us, is a waste. My favorite pizzas as the eight corner and the New York (inspired) Bold Fold. You should get Turbo Crust and they will split the pizza in half for people with topping preferences and they don’t nab you on extended service fee malarkey.

CRAPTASTIC experience.
I placed a simply order; thin crust chicken parm pizza. Was quoted 45 minutes for delivery; had to call about status after 75 minutes. Was told that they were busy and should not have been quoted that time (despite the fact that I was talking to the very same person). Pizza arrived, cold, and one-​third folded over in the box. When I showed it to the delivery «dude», he simply asked whether I wanted to order another pizza.
It’s bad enough to receive poor food and service; their attitude was even worse. I know that expectations for delivery pizza should be low, but at least try to give the impression that you give a care…
