My husband and I did an engagement session with Ashley and loved every minute of it! Ashley has a positive attitude and her relaxed manner really helped put us at ease so we looked comfortable and natural in our pictures.
Ashley came prepared with several locations and poses for us, but was totally open to our suggestions and listened to our expectations and questions to make sure our session had a totally unique look. Not to mention we had a blast hanging out with her :)
She was professional start to finish and kept us informed every step of the way. I would definitely work with Ashley again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer who can capture real, memorable moments between you and your family. Her style is beautiful and she is fun and easy to work with!

Ashley did a family photo shoot for us. We have 2 boys, ages 5 & 3, who are not always the most, ahem, cooperative. Ashley did a great job engaging the kids and being fun without being overwhelming. She has clearly had a lot of experience working with kids because she never got frustrated or up tight. She grabbed a lot of fun candid shots and managed to also get some of everyone looking in the same direction (which is achieving near «miracle» status). Ashley has a great eye for beauty and creativity. We were very pleased with the final product!

Ashley is phenomenal. She just launched her photography business this year, but you would have guessed she’s been doing this for ages — her photos are absolutely lovely.
My fiancé and I saw a friend’s engagement session that Ashley had shot and immediately decided that we HAD to book her for our e-​session… when we contacted her, we found out that she was moving out of California and back to Michigan in a month so we bugged her and bugged her until we finally managed to book a session late in June.
The session was so much fun — Ashley is personable and makes you instantly feel comfortable and at ease. She had great ideas for poses and locations. Also, she did not make us feel rushed, but instead made sure we had all the shots we wanted and felt happy with capturing what we envisioned. When we got our photos we were over the moon — they came out perfectly. She really has an eye for lighting and I cannot wait to use the photos for our save-​the-​dates.
Ashley is quickly gaining a fan base so I’d suggest you contact her NOW before she gets too busy!

Ashley is an awesome photographer! I have watched her develop her skills, seen her end products and watched her creativity come to life! Her personality is bubbly, out going, and she is definitely passionate about her work. Some may think of their «jobs» as something they have to do. Ashley has fun with every photo session she does and she looks forward to each and every one with anticipation of something great to come from them! She has a way of getting her clients to relax and be themselves and have fun! Her photos range from people to places to things and each are high quality and ready to be added to your home décor! I’ve never been at ease having my picture taken. It’s never felt natural for me to smile on cue. I always feel so much pressure and often even rushed by the Photographer. However, my photo experience with Ashley surpassed all expectations!
