Campus Habitat

Worst place I’ve ever lived. If I could rate it a negative 100 000 star I would. They told me to park at visitors parking because I didn’t have the registration with me. Then towed my car and made me pay a large unnecessary amount of money before I could register.
Takes them weeks if not months to keep up with maintenance. When I moved in my desk was broken and they promised to to fix it within the week. After 2 weeks I came in and asked them to get it done so that I can study and got yelled at my the manager.
Someone puked on the stairs and it took them 3 weeks to clean up but They make everyone pay for it because they can’t fund out who.
There are sooooo many things bad about this place. I suggest you avoid it at all cost

No stars but Unilocal makes you give at least one. My stepson had the misfortune of living at Campus Habitat. It was bad enough waiting for the promised carpet cleaning that never happened during the one year lease. Seeing the broken window glass unrepaired for months at the entry door was a daily downer. Waiting and waiting for the broken sink then the broken dishwasher then the broken washing machine to get fixed was miserable. To finish things off the self-​described «Maintenance Manager» intervened on the side of a roommate who refused to pay his share of the utilities by characterizing the matter as racially motivated. The only way the facilities manager showed up in this dispute was after the police were on their way. A letter to said manager about the misconduct of her «Maintenance Manager» went unanswered. Beware.
