Central Tile & Terrazzo Co

I had a leak that caused my vinyl flooring to come off the cement underneath it. Had Central Tile come in and repair the floor after I had the leak fixed. No prepping was done before the re-​glued the new flooring and the patch came off again. Central Tile kept blaming me that the leak was not fixed properly (even though it was), took my money and told me that they couldn’t work with me anymore. I found a new guy who came in and repaired it properly (floor still glued to the cement because he actually sanded the cement before putting on the adhesive) AND charged me a third of the price Central Tile did. Very poor customer service and communication. Not recommended. If 0 stars was an option that’s what I’d give

We spent hundreds of dollars here on tile for our bathroom remodel. We were given a quote for the stone for our countertop and told that the stone was always available. We paid for everything and then received a call the next day saying that the stone was not available (the one we had already paid for) and that for them to get anything similar it would be double the price. Colleen completely mismanaged the entire transaction and was extremely unhelpful in finding a solution. She refused to honor her word and we had to go elsewhere. Needless to say, I would not recommend working with Colleen or with Central Tile.
