Very positive experience today. Had a flat tire and was able to get a new one for a good price. The guys were even nice enough to make sure I had it on tightly enough and checked my pressure as well. Good experience and service all around

I have been visiting this discount tire for the past six years with all my vehicles. I’ve serviced three Mercedes Benz models here as well as a Chevrolet Tahoe and a Cadillac SRX. The customer service is outstanding. I feel like the team they’re genuinely cares about my business, and I feel they genuinely care about me as a person. This type of service it’s hard to find nowadays but the staff at discount tire on Gull Road in Kalamazoo is a shining example of what fantastic customer service looks like. I will always buy my tires here and I will always recommend that my friends purchased their tires here as well.
