Draperies On Wheels

Bought a great roller shade from this place but that is all that I can say that is positive. Apparently they farm out their work to local seamstresses and apparently there is no quality control department. The work that was done on drapes needed to be redone and it still wasn’t right after two weeks of being worked on. I was hard pressed to find a straight row of stitching after the work was complete. The owner would rather accuse the client of being picky than take responsibility for work poorly done. I am sure they do some good work or else how could they have built their successful business, not to mention a beautiful lux home? I am sorry that I wasted my time and money dealing with this business but am sure that I will find another local business who is interested in excellence.
