Griffin Pest Solutions

We had Griffin Pest Solutions for many years and they did a wonderful job until about a year ago. At that point we noticed that our service had gone way down hill. Three times in a row when we were supposed to have service, they did not show up, or they showed up and did not fill our mouse houses with bait. Our garage filled with mice again thanks to the lack of service from Griffin. This month was the last straw. We noticed that we had mouse droppings again in the garage. We called Griffin to come because we were under contract with them. We told them that the problem was in the garage. They came and left us a tag saying that all the traps were baited. When I checked the traps later that day, they were empty! I can’t imagine that 6 bait traps were totally consumed with in a few hours. Needless to say, we called to cancel our contract. When we called, they just said OK. Never asked why or what the problem was. Sounds like they don’t need customers or want to service the ones they have.

Fabulous service. Quick and thorough… Knew about them from their radio ads. Originally called Terminex… scheduled an appt with them and they never showed. Called Terminex 4 times and they never returned my phone call until 4 DAYS LATER.
Griffin was amazing. Really listened, offered suggestions, very friendly and was at my business the next day. Griffin Pest Solutions was professional and took care of the problem. THANK YOU!!! I am referring to everyone I know.
