Store #235 is the best and specifically Bassem. I had an emergency print job for a very important presentation. He helped before store hours, he was very helpful, professional, and acted with a high sense of urgency. He saved me, and I love Office Depot now! Thank you, Bassem!

I’ve always had good service at the Kalamazoo store, had decals made for 3 trucks & they did them while I waited, had 4 copies of an 85 page bid done while I waited… Bought a lap-​top there that Best-​Buy was of course out of… Seriously these guys make Kinco’s look like a bunch of rookies.

This is not my store of choice.
The service here SUCKS. I wanted to purchase a computer from their ad. Their website stated on their price match policy (and I had a printed copy of it) that they would match the price of Best Buy, where the computer was $ 150 less.
The staff members jerked me around, the manager was rude and condescending (stating that he didn’t have to match the price if he didn’t want to) and I left without a computer.
Thinking it was a fluke, I made another trip there to buy folders for my job — I needed a large quantity and they had them on sale for 5 cents each. I asked for a staff member to pull a box down and without even looking, he said they had no folders. I went to the section myself, identified SEVERAL boxes of the item that I wanted and went back to the same staff member. Again, the rudeness was just completely inappropriate.
To their credit, the woman who works in the «Ink Center» is exceptionally nice — if you’re forced to shop here, go talk to her if you need help.
