They were very pleasant and detailed. They also had my wedding dress to me exactly when promised. They were the only place in town that would press my dress within 2 days of the wedding. Awesome Job!

I frequent dry-​cleaners with dress shirts, suits and blazers here in in Kalamazoo and East Lansing. I have gone to Paris Cleaner’s on and off for the past 5 years however over the past year. the customer service on 4 different occasions has turned me off from going there ever again.

Not only do they really have drive-​thru window service, but they beat their own one-​day service neon boast with a few hour turnaround on a few shirts and a pair of pants, which gave me just enough time to explore the area and get lunch. I received my clothes back in a garment bag, and I don’t think they even looked that good hanging on the rack when I bought them. Too bad Michigan is an unrealistic commute for good laundry service!
