I lived here for 2 years. This place isn’t cheap. It is near to the campus for sure but it’s not worth paying so much as public transportation is free for students.
The maintenance is ok and for the price you pay for a 2 bedroom, you can rent a duplex with basement in bronco club.
Ridiculous part is after I moved out they didn’t pay me the advance they took. I went in and inquired and they charged insanely. 600 $ for Carpet deodorizing and wall paint! And cleaning charges and stuff. Seriously guys? And trust me they were not damaged. It’s just that they don’t wanna pay you back.
I gave them 2 stars only because I like the pool and the tiny gym they have. Other than that nothing is worth 900 $.
