World of Cd-Rom

At first this place was the only place in Kalamazoo that I would bring my Mac to if I had any issues. But since our last experience we will no longer do business with this store. Nor will we recommend it to others. My husband had previously bought a custom computer from World of Cd-​Rom so when it was time to get a new one, he took his specs to them to build another one. It has since been over a year and with multiple shipments of sending it back and forth to be looked at and fixed it has not once worked correctly. We have called them, written emails to the owner who personally gave us his phone number and said to «call anytime» has not one time contacted us back. We now are the proud owners of a $ 1200.00 hunk of junk.

I tried to save this review as a 0 Star but couldn’t. I called them first and indicated I had a difficult software installation (clean install) on a HP 495 home server. They said they could do it. I dropped it off and paid them $ 40. 6 weeks later after 3 or 4 calls for updates I finally gave up. All I ever got was excuses. I subsequently picked up my HP home server. I asked for my money back since the service I PAID for was never accomplished ! And so I paid $ 40 for storage I guess? Terrible Service or should I say NO service.
