My buddy has a place not too far from here. Came in a couple years ago while we were at his place and had a blast singing karaōke with the locals. Dingman’s has now become one of those must-stop places if I find myself passing it on 72. Went up to Bellaire last weekend and had to stop in for the obligatory shot and a beer. Definitely feel like I’m intruding on the locals when I stop here, but everyone is always friendly. Have yet to eat here, so I can’t comment on that. I know they have karaōke on the weekends, a pool table, and keno. Enough to keep people occupied for a while.

We were passing through from traverse city and we found this hidden hillbilly heaven. The service was great, the food was wonderful and the beer was tasty. They have daily specials that I would highly recommend. If they have the chicken parmesaen hoagie, DON’T PASSITUP!

Good food, nice people, good beer. Dingman’s Ale is brewed for them by Arbor Brewing Co. I had a cobb salad and my friend had a burger. We were both pretty happy with our food. Nice place to stop for a quick drink or a meal while you are on the road.

Love Dingman’s Bar. Great«up north» place. Good food and cold beer. 5 beers on tap including their own Dingman’s beer, a pale ale brewed for them by the Arbor Brewing Company. The staff are great, love when PJ is behind the bar. The owner is often sitting at the bar and willing to chat. The locals are friendly and always willing to let you join in what ever is going on. They have a couple of TVs for sports and a decent jukebox.

This bar is your a-typical ‘Up North’ watering hole. The bar food is alright, beats driving to town if you need to take the edge off. The staff are friendly and they have sports on the TV. Snowmobile friendly.
