Spoke with Lani on phone at the UPS Store in Kamuela Hawaii Store..She tracked my package for me, that I would be receiving at Keaau .. So kind, and helpful to a senior. Such a great assets to UPS ! Mahalo Lani !

What a great addition to our community! I am so happy that I don’t have to wait in line to just park at the local post office and then wait in line again once I get in there. The UPS store offers the same services and many more than the post office to provide one stop shop for all your required business services. The staff is very attentive, helpful and friendly. Great customer service!

I love this place!
OMG, did you know you can copy keys here too? I just found out.
Great service, attentive staff, can get all of my shipping done here as well as all of my copy needs and they have a notary too!
Other printing jobs like business cards and name tags are also a breeze. They sell office supplies and all shipping and packing items.
I highly recommend this UPS store as it is one-​stop shopping for any business. This is a top not store.

I am so thankful to have a UPS store in Waimea and this one is exceptional! Each time I have been in everyone has been friendly and incredibly helpful! They also offer more services than I expected. Not only have I mailed packages I am also having business cards made and coupon flyers designed and printed. What a great addition to our community!
