Worst Verizon EVER! Ordered the new iPhone 6s Plus, we were given a delivery date, it never arrived. Then when we asked to track the phone down they said they could not. We finally got them to contact corporate and it turns out the phone was never even ordered… after waiting 2 WEEKS! We then asked to have the phone overnighted because of all the problems and we were told no! Seriously?! Then when we asked for our money back we were told corporate would have to send us a check. It was a total sh*t show, and these bafoons don’t even know what they are doing. Easily the worst salesmen ever. It is worth the 1.5 hour drive to the city just to avoid wasting your time with these schmucks.

Great customer service is awesome! Both Casey and Brian are the MOST helpful guys I’ve talked to at an out of state VZ location. Casey went out of his way to help us with our Corp Business Wireless acct to get a cell phone for my sister-​in-​law.
