Surprisingly, this was my favorite meal in Kanab considering I ate at higher rates restaurants in town. Ya, service was incredibly slow, but the one server was hustling trying to handle everyone so props to her. We ordered the tofu nuggets(which taste exactly like the one at Gyu-kaku). Those were yum For my entrée I got the chicken cutlet curry.hot. Booooy was this one hot curry. Come to find out, they use ghost peppers! Eeek! There was one comment that it was very corn starchy… It tasted like it’s supposed to. The chicken did seen like it was defrosted or something because the texture was slightly off. Enjoyed it anyway. My bf got the vegan sweet and sour chicken. That tasted good despite it being vegan.

Grab the beef curry noodle soup. It hit the spot after a long day hiking The Narrows in Zion. Generous portion, great flavor, and great beef too. Yum. Service was good too.

If you like rubbery chicken, or corn starch curry sauce, or sauce that tastes like it came from a pineapple fruit cup, instant rice, then this is the place for you. If not I recommend going elsewhere. However, the service was good though.

Super delicious! I went with 5 family members and everyone enjoyed their food. Highlights were definitely the Kung Pao Chicken and the Veggie Curry Soup. My only gripe was that the soup had some random noodles instead of Udon.

Good food, but overpriced for what you get. Very small portions.

Kanab is not known for a wide selection of food choices but this is a place that sticks out. Although the décor is lacking the service and location are enough to bring you in, then the quality of food keeps you. The«Lunch Box» specials are filling and inexpensive and when you factor in the full menu, someone on a multiday trip to the area could easily eat several meals here and not get bored.

What a suprise. We are here for a family reunion, my brother got here first and suggested it. Had a couple of rolls, unagi and California, the tereyaki combo and fried rice. All well made. Who would of thought you could get a decent unagi roll in Kanab?

Checked this place out on the way to the Zion Park. We had a choice of a couple of places to visit for dinner and were not disappointed with our choice. All of us had ordered different dished and all were great. Fried items were crispy but not dry. The spiciness level was just right. The salad was a bit weird in terms of ingredient selection but we were missing out on fresh veggies a lot by that time so we have devoured that one no problem. The volcano carry soup was really flavorful, but nor as spicy as advertised. All and all — great place for dinner, especially if everyone wants to try different dishes.

Passable Chinese food. Ordered the lemon chicken and a side to share with my girlfriend. Lady who seemed like the manager/owner who served us seemed annoyed that we only had a small order and was turse when we asked for some utensils for our takeaway order. Only redeeming factor was the dumplings we ordered as they were dam delicious.

This place is terrible! The broth in my veggie soup was great but the veggies tasted old and slightly rotten. I was going to just eat the noodles and broth when I saw the bug floating on top. I told the waitress and she took it away but she still charged us. We asked to have the soup removed from our bill and they only offered to remove 10% which was –4 off our bill. That is just bad customer service! My son got the avocado sushi roll and the avocado was very brown and tasted bad.

Surprisingly good Asian food for Kanab Utah. Long time Orange County residents who live next to little Saigon. You can’t go wrong ordering food from here.

Pork katsu curry was good(I told them almost no spice). Chicken udon soup was tasty. California roll was good. Father-in-law indicated the beef teriyaki was really sweet but the beef was tender. The kids meals were really basic(french fries and tempura shrimp is kinda weird… maybe that is the fusion side of things). I would go back.

Cool find in the middle of nowhere and of course this isn’t California where I can find authentic Asian food so I shouldn’t be too harsh. Even then, this place only gets 3 stars because… Food: 3⁄5 of our party ordered curry plates. We were expecting Japanese styled curry because that’s the type of description it had. Japanese curries are not spicy at all so we all ordered medium spicy level. Worst decision. :-/Spice levels here are on another scale. The curry I got was like«volcano.» I’m scared to know what plain mild tastes like. They should’ve put a warning in their menu. Salad was drenched in sauce. WAYTOOSALTY. Mochi has been sitting for a long time. The skin was hard even after thawing it for a bit. How gross. Service: Even after our waitress knew that the curry was way too spicy for us, she didn’t offer to change it out or anything. She just laughed and said«the spice level here is something else, huh?» Granted we should’ve asked for them to remake it, we thought we could finish it. It wasn’t until we had eaten a good chunk that we realized we couldn’t and by then, I felt sorta bad to ask. Still, being the waitress she should’ve offered to remake r for us! :-/ Never coming back. Whoever said this is like a taste of Japanese food in Japan is wrong. This is not even close.

Best place in Kanab. Moo Shu tofu wrap was the best. Great vegan and vegetarian menu. Best place I’ve eaten on this road trip.

Worst food I have ever had! Bbq rib is very very dry. Noodle is as hard as TV cable. Miso soup is MSG + salt soup. Totally a tourist hunter restaurant, don’t know how they managed to get a 4 star. 1.5 star at most in my opinion.

Fusion House is an amazing find in our Fredonia area! We lived in Japan for years and this food brought back so many great memories! From the coconut shrimp to the lemon chicken to the curry! Yummy! The staff are very helpful and polite, and the place is CLEAN and renovated. If you are local they even give you a punch card :) We have made this our weekly Thursday night restaurant!

Fusion food in Kanabe? I was very very skeptical. But I was wrong. Hands down the best Chicken Katsu curry I have ever had. Better than the stuff I have had in Tokyo!!!

Authentic Asian fusion cousin at a great price. Its a small venue but its really clean and the service was good. I had the coconut shrimp and the shimp tempura. My husband had the luch special and we were very impressed. I felt like I was in San Francisco again. ;)

Fusion house. Though it may have a strange name, this place is very good. When arriving at the restaurant expect a long wait for food. But well worth it. It is a new place in Kanab but is lifting off very well. Try the mochi! :)
