This little trail is to the right when you are facing the Makapu’u lighthouse trail! It is not steep and as long as Makapu’u lighthouse trail because it goes into a little beach area where you’ll find some locals chillin and hangin out by a dive board or in the sand tanning. The only reason why I ended up here was bc I didn’t feel like doing the mile uphill hike and just wanted to enjoy scenery this place was exactly it! If you have snorkeling gear it might not be a bad time to just take a peak inside the water as I had a goPro and shot some killer photos of some fish but of course they just popped in & out nothin like Hanauma Bay or anything! I give it 4⁄5 stars bc it was so rocky couldn’t find a place to sit and enjoy w/o my butt or feet feeling so rocked up(I know prob not a word) but u get my drift and it’s not somewhere to chillax and sit down for hours! A good less than an hour is good to take in all the beauty the hike to get here was also only less than a mile or so too!

Currently being renovated by the city. That scares me. Look at what happened with Hanauma Bay and Diamond Head lookout. Here is the active Unilocal page for this hiking path:
