Review for drive thru service and food about a month ago, person talking at the drive thru sounded very sassy and rude, ordered hot wings and got the last few pieces left, got home and the chicken was cold and the inside of the chicken was partially bloody and well undercooked

I don’t even know where to start on this restaurant. Unfortunately I live with people that just need their KFC fix every so often so I’ve been here quite a few times in the past decade.
Okay, I will start with the ordering process. Oh, if there is a line, don’t bother going. Anyway, when you finally get to the ordering doo-​dad it is loud as ****! I mean, it startles me every time and hurts my ears. Sometimes I wish I could leave my window up but then they wouldn’t be able to hear me. It’s so friggen loud I don’t understand what they’re even saying. I often have to repeat and have them repeat. I don’t know if it’s because they can’t hear their customers — but I figure if the speaker outside is so dang loud why don’t they just make it that loud inside? Or maybe it is also so loud that you can’t understand either way. Jeez. This is the kind of restaurant where you order a small diet Pepsi but they think you’ve ordered a Famous Bowl. Okay, anyway, they are constantly removing things from their menu, and now it’s come to the point where they have nothing I would ever eat. It’s pretty much just like their name: Kentucky FRIED Chicken. I can’t fault them on that, I mean, it is the name of the restaurant.
Then, the prices. Yes, I know all KFCs are expensive, but come on, for the food quality you really shouldn’t charge so much.
Okay, final comment on this place. Accuracy. They have never ONCE gotten an order completely right. They almost always forget an item or two, or just give you something different than what you ordered. Try to call them over this? It can take 10 minutes before you get a hold of anyone. At least after you do, they offer a free whatever on your next visit. For a limited time.
I do NOT recommend this restaurant.

This is my local KFC, but man. The employees are very cheerful and respectful, but once again my order is incorrect :(

Compared to my past KFC experiences I was happy here. The man working the drive thru was friendly, happy and quick. The food was hot.

So disappointed I ordered the $ 25 meal deal & up charged 2 pieces to white meat. Super dry like it’s been sitting there all day. Chicken jerkey.. On top of that I found a moldy piece of cabbage in my slaw.

Terrible place to go to eat at. Employees take their time making our order, literally took them about twenty mins to get my food. Really disappointed at this kfc. I also saw one employee dig his nose and flicked his boogers on someone’s order, than with attitude the employee said «EAT UP!, you deserve it. I was so displeased and grossed out, I straight left and threw our food away with a disgusted feeling of failure and disappointments. WARNING!!!, IF YOU CAN READ DONT GO THERE…

Wish I couldn’t even give a star. Terrible service, food tasted like crap, employs looked like they all just woke up and didn’t see any of them wash there hands… Would NOT recommend this place what so ever.

I don’t usually review fast food. Because my expectations are very low. Well this place took forever to even take our order. We stood there while everybody did other things for atleast 5 minutes. Just isn’t acceptable for fast food.

They always have horrible drive-​thru service. I hate coming here but my boyfriend insists because it is in a convenient location. However, I’m not sure if it is the microphone equipment or if the cashiers are just hard of hearing, but we usually have to repeat our order several times and somehow they still end up getting it wrong. Also, just be careful when eating their Twisters because I have found a BONE in one.

Horrible customer service! I ordered my food through drive through and the lady who took our order was very rude. She dropped my change on the ground and tells me that I need to pick it up. When I asked for extra napkins she rolled her eyes. There was never «thank you for coming» of any kind. I know it was late around 10:30p but come on. really? I would NEVER go back there again since that was not the first time I was irritated by their customer service.

Several times we have been here (every time they manage to screw up our order) n granted we are not a fan of the KFC on da islands (no Mac n cheese). However when we went there yesterday we had the explain our order over to the female in drive thru about 10 times. Seriously lady, what part of: one loaded potato bowl combo with a mug and a famous bowl… Do you not understand? N to think people in your line of work, ie fast food, want a min wage of $ 15 an hour. Uhm yeah, Uhm no! I’m never going to that location again and I’m gonna advise my peers to do the same. Ma-F’n-halo!!!

Went at 8:00 and they were out of some types of chicken. The meals we got were cold and old. Forgot to include butter and honey with the biscuits we bought. Won’t be back.

Well for starters, I pull in the parking lot right after another car, but that car just stops so I’m half way in the parking lot and the street. The guy starts backing up into me, so I back up and I find out he wanted to back in to a spot, which I was fine with, but it would have been easier for him to just pull in. So once he pulls into his spot he rolls down his window and starts cursing at me out of no where? you could tell this person was clearly a druggy. But whatever I let it go, go through the drive thru which is what I planned on doing, so I hope he didn’t think I wanted his spot. the lady on the speaker ask to take my order, I tell her I have two separate order and she says that’s fine go ahead with your first order, I tell her. I didn’t know KFC here didn’t sell mac and cheese, weird? she tried to make me feel as if I was dumb. then I tell her my 2^nd order and she starts reading it back and says a bunch of food I never even mentioned? then ended up ringing up my first order and 2^nd order all together, so then we had to start all over! idk if it was poor hearing between the speaker and her but she sounded very illiterate on other incidences through it all. But anyway go to the window and the person who was cursing at me had his GF or whatever she was with him leaning over the counter screaming then comes out to the drive thru in front of my vehicle and starts cursing and flicking off my friend. idk if its just the area that’s bad/​trashy but it was a unpleasant visit. also the parking lot is very small I couldn’t even go around the guy in the beginning. I seriously hope people learn to stay off the drugs here, it doesn’t make you look good.

Ordered my food at the drive thru, it was cold. Really pissed me off.

Experienced the worst customer service at KFC @ Windward Shopping Center… didn’t feel like I was treated with any respect… I really would like to know if the employees are sent to any type of customer service training… just horrible.

When did KFC go from finger lickin’ good to bland crapola?
Polite staff … nice and personable … but KFC has lost its magical tough with chicken. Very bland, and no sweet and sour sauce. Just as well … recently saw a video of how they torment and torture their chickens … made me extremely angry.

I went to KFC at Windward City Shopping Center in Kaneohe on 9÷20÷12 at 5 p, m.
I went thru the drive thru and ordered the 2 piece Original Chicken with potato wedges, mashed potato w/​gravy and a biscuit. The chicken was terrible, didn’t even taste like chicken, it had the funniest flavor, potato wedges were over fried and the biscuit was hard. Terrible!!! Not to mention that I paid $ 7.49 w/​o tax for this!!!
Won’t ever go back there again! They don’t deserve any stars from me, but it’s a required field!!!

I find this place has good grilled chicken. I mean the other chicken is good but the grilled chicken is my favorite. All I can say is this place makes me laugh too. I remember going here with my Fiancé and wanting to get some grilled chicken (she likes it too I swear) and we get to the box order our food get to the window and the person tells us sorry I forgot we ran out of Chicken. We looked at each other laughed thinking it was a joke and it wasnt it was real. They really ran out of chicken. So that said its good if they have Chicken bad if they dont. Especially since they are KFC the C is for Chicken lol. Peace out and chill it have a nice day.

Visit: 1÷31÷10 — Dinner. Had the Honey BBQ wings and bucket of original chicken.
Food was okay. Nothing special.
Price was so so expensive. I paid $ 37 for 18 pieces of wings and 14 pieces of original chicken. That is a lot of food, but for the price per chicken it’s expensive. The 14 piece was $ 20, that is more than a dollar a piece.
I don’t want to come back, but my wife likes the chicken here so I guess I will have to.
