My wife and I travel from East Honolulu to go to Dr. Kim for all of our dental needs. Fantastic staff and great waiting facility. Dr. Kim is always patient in answering my questions and does a very thorough job. One of the best things I love about Windward Smiles is the teeth cleaning. I don’t like teeth cleaning per se, but after trying several dentists in town, enduring excruciating teeth cleanings, I was amazed how easy they make it. They have all updated equipment, including x-​ray machines where I can just sit in my chair and they swing it over and snap, done. Other places I visited felt like I was getting dental work done in 1980.
Over all really great crew and time after time great experience. We wouldn’t think about using another dentist.

Dr. Russel Kim is just the best there is! He doesn’t shuttle you in and out just to take your money like a conveyor belt dentist office. He truly cares about each patient both with their dental care as well as their lives in general. It shows in how much time he always takes with me to explain what’s going on in my mouth and he teaches me how to take care of my teeth in the best way possible. He always asks how my family is and just makes me feel at home. He will always be my families dentist.

I’ve been going to see Russell for over 15 years and Russell’s staff is the best! And Russell’s pretty good too! Plus, they validate parking!
