Rent A Center

So far I am talking with the manager and she is very helpful and nice.
I am renting a fridge because mine went out. I am giving five stars for good customer service

This place rented an old clunker computer to an elderly person for only $ 1600 and then expected a balance of $ 240 more. This computer is probably valued at $ 100. I asked them how could they do that to an elderly person that doesn’t know anything about computers. Their reply «she signed the contract». I said those computers are what companies and schools throw away.
I mentioned that I would never shop there — reply «that’s your perogative» and I said that the worst thing is total no compassion.
just want to take advantage of people. worse then a loan shark.
They rented an old outdated computer to a 60 plus year old grandmother who didn’t know any better.
Do NOT shop here. These people are worse than a loan shark. Preying on old, unknowing people.
