Simon is total bull-sh*t. I had a virus that brought down the computer and he said he would fix it «tomorrow». Tomorrow quickly became day after tomorrow because he had to run «the scan» which allegedly took 7 hours. The scan turned out to be a «restore» to two days before the virus and so the virus was still on the machine and it took me a week to finally get rid of it. He lied about what he was going to do, he lied about fixing the machine, and who knows what else. I paid of course because you don’t examine your computer in the shop to see if it was fixed properly. Fool me once I guess. «SuperThieves» is a better name for this company.

My beloved hp vista was almost ready to die. After many calls to other places, who told me, give up and buy a new computer, I called Simon at Super Geeks. He not only saved my computer, he has it running like new. Even better then new! Fast, friendly professional service. Also he explains and communicates with out making one feel like an idiot. His prices are also reasonable. Forget Geek Squad. Super Geeks is the place to go.
Waited a couple days before posting. Just to test out new bigger hard drive. Still great. Simon did a fantastic job. He also answers questions when I have to call to make sure of something.

Second update. Vista still running great. Finally got all my personal preferences set. All is perfect except my Windows mail. Am taking it in today and Simon will help set it up. Seems I can send sometimes but not receive at all. TWC said all is set up correct so I guess it needs reset so new user name and pass can be used. Simple fix for a tech.

I really don’t like to give advice, but if you have a computer problem, you should go see Simon at SuperGeeks in Kaneohe. I went because my problems with my iMac finally surpassed the capabilities of my «in-​house» IT guy (my nephew, who provided consultations via Skype) and Simon provided the level of professional assistance I needed. He listened attentively to my descriptions of my problems, outlined approaches he could take, and thoroughly described the possible outcomes. He is a fantastic communicator — when I was having a lovely bonus technological issue with my phone missing calls and voice mails, he kept trying to reach me until we finally connected. My story has a sad ending — the iMac was shot, and he was unable to retrieve much data from it — but he accepted the now-​defunct machine for recycling. I then asked him to help me retrieve data from a Mac-​formatted backup drive and put it on a new Windows-​formatted drive so I could access it on my netbook. He advised me on what type of new drive to buy, and then made the transfer for no additional charge! I couldn’t believe it, but he said that was all included in the one charge, which, honestly, was way lower than I expected. Throughout, Simon has been professional and personable, offering just as much technical information as I ask for. I hope I don’t need a tech again soon, but if I do, I’m going to Simon at SuperGeeks!

Hate to do this but I am not happy at all. Got a new harddrive installed and the pc had some bugs like not waking up upon opening, not starting windows etc. Took it back twice it’s still not fixed. I have to drive 45 min to get there so I am just going to someone in town. Bummer.

Took my MacBook Pro there on Monday because it wouldn’t start up and wouldn’t even charge properly. My laptop was fixed and ready to be picked up by Tuesday (the very next day) and the guy who fixed it even sat down with me to let me know that my charger I had bought online wasn’t the correct charger. I highly HIGHLY recommend the SuperGeeks in Kaneohe for laptop repair.
I had initially take my laptop to a Mac Repair shop in Kailua and the technician working there told me that my computer was fried and I needed another one. They didn’t even bother checking my computer either.

Good location and great service! I brought in a computer that I haven’t used for over 6 months due to moving. When I tried to use it, I wasn’t able to update it or get anything done (blue screens and forced shut downs). Thanks to Simon and the guys for getting me up and running with no problems!

If I had to use two words to describe these guys, they would be fast and professional. I walked in with no appointment and within minutes they had my computer diagnosed. Very impressive.

This place is a fantastic jewel of a computer repair shop located in Kaneohe. I work on computers for a living with the government and when I needed a microprocessor for my personal computer I called Simon and he gave me the last one that he had in stock. . If I didn’t know much about computers or just need a fix for my own I would definitely bring it here before going to the Best Buy geek squad. It seems in much more affordable and personalized experience than Best Buy.

Thank you for opening a location on the windward side! Simon Lee is the best! My computer is a little sensitive and loves to crash at the most inopportune time, but Simon is always able to bring it back to life! Customer service is top notch! Highly recommended (as noted by the 5 stars LOL).

I love this place! My computer went completely nuts and Simon fixed it and it’s good as new. The service is fast and through; plus he is a genuinely nice guy. I highly recommend this store for your computer needs.

My old PC was totally dead. Simon evaluated it and found that five components on the mother board were not working. He advised me that because of the age of my computer it wasn’t worth repairing. He transferred all the data to a thumb drive so I would have it for my new computer. He did everything within two days. Although my computer was beyond repair Simon was very helpful with all of my questions.

The repair person at this location is awesome! My laptop was corrupted with viruses! I couldn’t even log on… took my computer in & got it back in a day. It works like it was fresh out the box!!! Very Awesome & friendly service!
