The Vitamin Shoppe

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, some more than others but I’ll come here over GNC anyday. Ryan is awesome and I’ll go in to specifically to ask him questions.

Nice friendly staff. Clean store and well stocked with nutritional items and staff is knowledgeable. They greeted me with a hello and how can I help you. LIKE!

I love this place its a total must shop at, pass that local GNC and come visit this place. Better discounts on the same products and they have a better product line. The staff is great too, they are well trained and can help you with what ever your needs are. I went in and one of the manager begain with an «S» but I forget get the rest sorry, said she was new to the store but boy was she a a wealth of knowledge.

Not sure why but this shop is smaller than the one I’m use to in pearl city. (Therefore 3 stars) but the staff is so sweet and helpful! They were knowledgable about product (which is rare in all honestly) and didn’t mind helping me even with me having 3 kids in tow. The store was also very very clean.
Parking was rather easy to find as it’s across windward mall and shares a parking lot with the whole shopping center (Safeway, Starbucks, Panda Express. You get the idea).
They don’t have everything the bigger one does but the staff makes up for it!

I love this shoppe! The staff is so knowledgeable &very freindly. They always help me find exactly what I need &they’re always willing to help. This blonde girl Chantel (I think thats her name) is always super nice &is helping me find what I need.

I’ve been a regular customer at the Vitamin Shoppe at Kaneohe for the past couple of years — although there are a number of vitamin/​supplement stores in the Honolulu metropolitan area — I keep coming back to this one.
The manager and sales staff are knowledgeable on the products they sell. Ryan in particularly has been able to differentiate for me similar products to enable me to decide which one to buy. There is a wide selection of products. I appreciate the excellent parking, clean store, well laid out displays, pricing that is equal to prices on the internet, The rewards card and discount coupons a few times a year really help.

Very clean store, when I walked in the two workers were chatting, but were friendly when I asked for some help, took me right to where I needed to go, and then let me decide without pushing me. The prices were like any other vitamin store.

I was very pleased with the help I received from the very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable clerk.

Manager was very helpful and helped me find all the products I wanted and made some really good suggestions. Their prices were good, better than buying off of Amazon which I was originally going to do.

I’m not a person to regularly visit health food stores or vitamin shoppes. That being said my mom needed to go to this location of the Vitamin Shoppe to get some cold care medicine. Just being there I was amazed by the product knowledge of the staff! Or specifically Ryan helped us and taught us a whole class on the right foods to eat. Definitely would recommend here, they know their stuff!

I was in the area and figured I’d stop in to get more Beta Carotene/​Vit A supplements. I had previously got this from the Kapolei location, as it’s close to where I live. However, this time I was interested in getting a higher quality supplement, something not synthetic and more organic. I was very impressed that the boy helping me was able to not only point me in the right direction of where the products were located, but answer my questions and help me pick the one that best suited my needs.
Great customer service, great variety of products.

This place sets the standard on how retail companies SHOULD operate in Hawaii.

As someone who have been buying supplements for the past few years, I find this place to be refreshing. Remember, not all shops like these carry everything. Sometimes, you will have to go elsewhere to find a specific brand item.

I use to go to GNC at the mall all the time but once this place opened up I have given up on GNC and have become a loyal customer to Vitamin Shoppe. The majority of the time their prices are cheaper than any other supplement store and it seems the staff are more knowledgeable compare to other supplement stores. Their rewards program, which is free, is also a must have. You spend throughout the year and earn store credit at the end of the year like a reward for shopping there. A clean store but no bathrooms.

The Vitamin Shoppe gives GNC some good competition.
The store is so well organized and the workers are very knowledgable about the products they sell. They’ve been very helpful at my past visits helping my fiancé and I find everything we need and recommending supplements he should try since we recently switched over from buying from GNC to The Vitamin Shoppe. We both prefer shopping here. The prices are pretty good as well.
We were able to sign up for their loyalty card as well. It’s free and simple to use. You don’t even have to bring your card in!

The Vitamin Shoppe is a welcome addition to the health food market on the Windward side. It is a fairly large store with a reasonably wide selection, including some items not carried by similar retailers in Kailua. The store is clean, organized, and well-​lit, plus the employees are helpful. It’s nice that the sales associates acknowledge you when you arrive and offer to help without hovering or being pushy.
The Vitamin Shoppe has a customer loyalty program; if you’re like me and prefer not to carry a ton of rewards cards around, they can look up your account using your phone number to access your member benefits. The store is located across the street from Windward Mall in the Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center in a stand-​alone building next to Kamehameha Hwy (by Long’s Drugs).

I don’t know much about vitamins and supplements so it’s a good thing that the guys at the Vitamin Shoppe do. The person helping us was patient, knowledgeable, and explained the differences between the products.
I like the layout of the shop… It’s spacious, organized and clean. They carry both their own brand and other brands so you do have a lot of choices.
They have an awards card, and if you sign up they track your purchases and give you points that can be redeemed later on.
The nice thing is that they will match the online sales prices. And, if you go online and download their coupons that’s more added savings.
