Purchased a two tempered glass screen protectors $ 80 plus lots of extras for our new phones. When I purchased it the sales women told us it has a lifetime warranty in case it breaks/cracks etc. We have all your info in the computer just come back and we can look you up. SOOOO fast forward my glass screen starts to crack so I go back in and want it replaced. The sales person named Ikaika starts asking why it’s cracking? and what I’m doing to my phone to make it crack? And it’s my case that’s doing it etc… Which is super annoying bc I just want to get it replaced and be on my way. Then after that he says it’s going to be a $ 10 charge for it to be replaced. Which I thought was weird because the sales person that sold me the protecter never mentioned an extra fee to have it replaced. So I said okay bc I clearly needed a new one and was willing to pay for it. Then he looks up my info and tells us there’s nothing in the system and can’t do anything for us. So basically we wasted about 15 minutes arguing with this person and got nothing replaced. Keep in mind before we went into the store we were planning on replacing my screen and buying two new chargers and a new phone case. AFTERTHATTERRIBLESERVICEWEWALKEDOUTWITHNOTHING! IMGLADWEDIDN’T ENDUPSPENDINGOURMONEYTHEREANDWILLNEVERGOINTOTHISSTOREAGAIN… And I will be telling this terrible customer service experience I had with everyone I know that goes to windward mall. But on the bright side I went to another shop right after and got everything I needed elsewhere.

Ikaika and moko were extremely helpful in letting us see what products would fit our phone and would make our lives much easier. I had walked around all morning to other stores and was not happy with the service or welcoming that I received. I truly loved talking with both and also hearing about the adventures to take as a new person on the island!

I stopped by earlier in the day and a local lady was so sweet and helpful. I came back later to purchase a case for a new phone. Ana was very meticulous in making sure she placed the tempered glass cover on without any bubbles, etc. she also made sure my new case fit perfect and I was happy with it. Her attention to detail and great customer service made me give her a big hug. It’s hard to find people with such good work ethics nowadays. I’ll be back!

I went in to buy a case for my iPhone 6 one of the employees starting talking to us for about 10 minutes so we were distracted. He was talking about another product trying to sell it. He handed me the case in the box and when i got home i took it out i noticed it was a lot smaller. I returned to exchange for the bigger size at this time the same employee Ikaika said it could not be exchanged because the sticker on top was broken. He denied being the one that sold it to me and did not remember me being there a few days before. I told him his name was on the receipt and he continued to deny it. This is terrible customer service the receipt clearly states you have 14 days to exchange as long as all the items in the box are present which they were but he didn’t even bother to check. In my opinion it was this particular employee that was the issue i asked him to show me where it stated the items had to be sealed he couldn’t because it does not say it anywhere.

Keddy was very helpful and greeted me nicely when I first walked in, unlike the one at ala moana, she was willing to help with a positive attitude. She helped me out with the buy one case get one half off for my Samsung s5. Even though I can buy the cases online for cheaper, I love face to face contact. I will be back because of her. Mahalo!

Went to pick up a phone case and screen protector… Ikaika helped me and was SOOOOO friendly and easy going. Took great care of my phone and was very sociable and just all in all such a very happy/up beat person lol. You’re the best Ikaika. Thank youuuu!!!

Alright, so I know I haven’t had the best experience with the items from tricked out accessories. This time I would like to talk about the customer service. As I walked into the store I was greeted by an employee named Ikaika, I didn’t ask for an iPhone 6 charger cord. I was actually really upset with RadioShack that day because I have warranty with them and yet they couldn’t replace my cord because their system was down. But I won’t get into that. So Ikaika then brings out all these different types of iPhone 6 cords and tells me which one is better and what is designed for what, but I just really wanted something that would compare to the one that I had at RadioShack. He didn’t tell me that I could replace these cords at any time and I didn’t have to pay for warranty to me that was the best part. These cords were not 6 feet long but they were on the cheaper side 14.99 rather then $ 27.99. The best part about it was that it was Buy one get one half off how could I say no to that offer. All in all I had a really good experience here because I was very friendly and he actually really made my day I would definitely go back to this location.

Cheap crap! Is all I can say, I bought an iPhone belt case on a Wednesday, I could’ve gone to eBay or Amazon but I like to support local businesses, and spent $ 30. On Sunday it broke! Just popped off, and upon examining it found it was made of a cardboard like base. So I figured it wouldn’t be an issue to return it since I JUSTBOUGHTIT! I bring it on Monday and the woman tells me she cannot return it because it has to Be in sellable condition! And then accuses me of not buying it on Wednesday, she tells Me it looks older than it was(even though I have the receipt and original package. She only replaces it out of the«goodness of her heart» she tells me! Any how, don’t waste your time or especially money! Try eBay or Amazon!
