Dunkin’ Donuts

We love Dunkin Donuts! However this location is struggling. The women working were extremely slow. The donuts were very stale, obviously since they don’t make them at this location. The two women were rude and spent the entire time making fun of a guy who was not helping. My coffee tastes like dirty water and my husband’s drink order was clearly wrong. I think I’ll skip this exit next trip.

I always stop at this location on my way back to the Western Suburbs! So clean and such friendly staff! I always ask them what their favorite donuts are (my favorite is glazed) and one TWO occasions the staff member says they don’t eat donuts.
I guess you really don’t sh8t where you eat. Or something like that. I love mixing up cliches!

I figured I should update my review as a lot has changed in the last 6 months. I still frequent this place off and on (even despite my past review), mostly because it’s super close to my house and it’s at least a 15 minute drive to any other coffee joint. I’ve noticed that they are either doing a lot better job of stocking items or I’m not ordering the stuff that runs out. I typically order the seasonal drink or the drink they’re advertising. They haven’t run out of the syrup and flavoring in awhile, so kudos to them for improving that.
I’m a big fan of their donuts and never had any problem with them being stale as another review mentioned. They do only have the blueberry donut holes on the weekends and I think that should be a daily occurrence.

They don’t make the donuts at this location… often stale.
