Beautiful flowers, great service and timely delivery! I called from out of town to order flowers and was skeptical about what to expect but they created a beautiful birthday arrangement. Way better than FTD and 1 – 800 flowers! I wish they had more photos of their work on the web. Thanks!!!

Ordered several bags of rose petals over the phone; they were ready to go when I came in to pick them up. The bags were packed full, and the petals were beautiful. The price was right too. What more can you ask for?! I’ll definitely be a return customer.

The people at Panozzo are spectacular. We have used their services for at least 10 years. Prices are extremely reasonable and we get terrific feedback from the people that we send flowers to. Everyone loves the arrangments. I wish that they serviced all of Chicagoland in addition to the Kankakee County area because we would then be able to send them all of our business!!!

I have used this florist many times after receiving a beautiful arrangement from my co-​workers after the passing of my father. I was honestly surprised at first to see where they were from and since I handled all the accounts at work I was even more surprised to see how affordable they were. If you are looking for a floral arrangement that will really wow your recipient I recommend Panozzo for the Kankakee area. However, and here is the only bad thing I have to say and I really do feel that it’s worth knocking off one star, hence the 4 star review. When my doorbell rang I ran to see who was there (I am one of those people who will not open the door if I don’t know you or expect a delivery). The man outside was standing there with a large box, a pair of jeans and a white tee shirt. The van parked out front was a plain white van with no signage whatsoever. I opened my kitchen window and asked for ID (seriously) and then called my friend who I worked with to see if it was legit. Dude must have thought I was insane but I have watched WAY too many Lifetime movies to take any chances. Put a sign on your van, Panozzo… and maybe have the delivery guys in a polo or branded tee…
